Be familiar with the details regarding the trips including number of guests, their names and any special requirements. Prepare boat set up, according the requirements of the trip and the operating procedures. Always make sure there are sufficient cold towels, beverages and sea sick bands required for each trip. Additionally, during rainy season, make sure that there are enough raincoats and towels available on board. Ensure that the Sea Worthy certificate is on board, and ensure all its requirements are followed. Carry on your person your Captain’s License during all trips. Clean the boat and equipment. Ensure that the boat is in good working condition at all times and report any maintenance issues immediately. Carry out all the maintenance work of the boat or its engine with engineering department delegates and update Launch Section Manager or Coordinator until it is resolve. Maintain and at times, build anchor points and nautical navigation lights. Always be responsible and take precautionary measures to avoid any risky incidents. For example, ensure there are no petrol leakages that life jackets are available, that fire extinguishers are in working condition etc. In cases of inclement weather, ascertain whether trips can be made and advise Launch Section Manager or Coordinator accordingly. Carry onboard the Boat Mobile phone at all times when you are on duty. Ensure that it is fully charged before each trip. Ensure that on board radio set is in working condition. <li>The Commissioning Permit to Work (PTW) Co-Ordinator is responsible for the delivery of all aspects of Permit to work Co-Ordination relating to and during the Hook-Up and Commissioning (HUC) of the Compression project/s, including Brownfield tie-in's, isolation design, TRA's, HAZIDS and permit to work SIMOPS.</li>

<li>Company focal point for all permits issued on the site during the Hook-Up and Commissioning phases, assisting the Head of commissioning with PTW planning and work execution deadlines in line with the project schedule.</li>
<li>Ensures a strong link is maintained between PTW preparation, HSE requirements and work execution.</li>
<li>Confirms compliance with the PTW originator and submission requirements as per the PTW procedures.</li>
<li>Provides quality checks of the permits, supporting documents and certificates prior to issue ensuring all the necessary signatures have been obtained and the documentation complies with the PTW system processes and SHE requirements.</li>
<li>Audits permit, isolations and associated certificates such as, (CSE) confined space entry and Gas test compliance are in line with the PTW processes and project needs.</li>

Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Responsible for leading VOR Disciplines Engineers, Disciplines Technicians in coordination with Qatar Energy Project Team and Contractors to ensure consistent and standardized execution of Project design, pre- commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities for Operational Area (VO) Projects in accordance with approved Qatar Energy Procedures, Guidelines, Engineering Design, Safety & Environmental Standards/Specifications and Scope of Work to ensure that:<br><br>Operational Area Asset Owners are fully ready to assume ownership of the asset at the point of delivery/handover, and that they are able to operate and maintain that asset in a safe, reliable and sustainable manner.<br><br>Operational Area (VO) Projects are delivered much faster, at much lower cost and at the highest productivity while maintaining the highest standard in quality and HSE.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>Minimum of 15 years’ experience in design, construction, commissioning and start-up of oil & gas processing and production facilities (Onshore/Offshore), preferably with EPIC contracting companies of which a minimum eight (8) years Commissioning Coordinator/Team Leader. Perform cleaning duties in guest apartments in accordance with the status or the guest s stay. Inspect and clean all facilities, furniture and fixtures, and report any damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping coordinator, for action and follow up. Attend to guests requests and queries courteously and promptly in the course of performing duties. Complete all information on the Allocation Sheet for all assigned rooms, marking status, linen replaced and special requests. Complete the Allocation sheet with the time commenced servicing the room, any running that is required, times that DND signs were placed on the door and record any maintanance issues. Report to the Housekeeping Supervisor any unusual incidents, complaints, unauthorised persons in rooms, missing or damaged hotel property, and lost and found items. Clean, tidy and vacuum the housekeeping pantries, ensure pantry doors are kept locked at all times and lights out when not in use. Stack all stocks neatly in the pantry. Sign out, sign in, and restock correctly the cleaning bucket. Maintain in good working order all equipment allocated for cleaning on a daily basis. Vacuum guest floor corridors as assigned and keep then clean throughout the day including dusting, spot marking and polishing. Maintain the vacuum cleaners in good working condition with each vacuum cleaner to be returned daily fully cleaned and in working order. All breakges to be reported to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Maintain maximum security of guest information on work sheets by keeping inside the guest room at all times and by not opening any room door for either guests or employees. Notify to the Housekeeping Coordinator all DND rooms by 14.00 hrs. every day. Report any lost Master Keys to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately. Use the chemicals provided in accordance with the Material Data Sheets provided. Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Manager or Supervisor.
