Role Purpose H’Collective Architecture and Interiors is seeking a Senior Design Architect to shape architectural concepts, develop compelling design presentations, and guide the creative direction of multiple project teams from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who builds strong client relationships, communicates complex design ideas clearly, and collaborates with senior management to pursue new business opportunities. Success in this role requires outstanding design ability, demonstrated experience leading architectural projects, and a commitment to mentoring designers and strengthening the capabilities of the architectural team.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead architectural assignments through all project stages, including concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration. Provide strategic design guidance to support effective project planning, production and delivery. Collaborate with team members to explore and refine design options through 3D modeling and visualization, using Revit, Sketch Up, Enscape or equivalent software alongside Adobe Creative Suite. Mentor junior designers and support the design leadership of multiple projects, working closely with architectural and technical colleagues. Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsive support and consistent design delivery. Champion collaboration across disciplines, teams and the wider practice to strengthen H’Collective Architecture and Interiors’ commitment to design quality and excellence.<br>Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Minimum 10 years of relevant architectural and design experience, with a strong portfolio spanning different building types and project scales. Ability to present architectural concepts clearly and explain the reasoning behind design decisions. Ability to respond to client requirements, budget parameters, site opportunities and project constraints while maintaining a cohesive design approach. Sound understanding of sustainable design and universal design principles. Proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, D5 & Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop) is required. Proficiency in Rhino, Maya & Enscape is an advantage. Strong graphic presentation and visualization skills to communicate design ideas effectively. Ability to build productive working relationships with colleagues, clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.

Our client is seeking a BIM Modeler to support the delivery of a large scale Data Center construction project in Doha, Qatar. The role will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines to support design coordination, clash detection, construction sequencing, and project delivery.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for Data Center construction projects. Coordinate BIM deliverables across CSA and MEP disciplines. Support clash detection processes and coordinate model reviews with consultants, contractors, and project teams. Produce shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and construction documentation from BIM models. Ensure BIM standards, project requirements, and drawing protocols are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Support construction teams with model updates, RFIs, and design coordination. Participate in coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical and spatial conflicts. Work closely with engineering and site teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Minimum 5+ years of BIM modeling experience within construction projects. Must have Data Center construction project experience. Strong experience in CSA and/or MEP BIM coordination. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, and BIM coordination tools. Experience with clash detection, shop drawings, and coordinated construction models. Understanding of Data Center environments and fast-track construction delivery. Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project deadlines. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, BIM, or related field. Previous experience working on large-scale or mission-critical projects is preferred. Must be located in Qatar.
