<li>Oversees commissioning activities of the Onshore Project (hereunder named as Project) to be executed by Contractor, to comply with the Project requirements in terms of SHES, Welfare, Quality, Cost and Schedule, in full and mutual collaboration with the contractor and the leadership team of LNG Major Projects - Onshore Project Management Team</li>

<li>Implement alignments between contractor's commissioning team and PMT commissioning team, technically and in the relationships to the maximum extent, by intervening promptly whenever misalignments become visible.</li>
<li>Oversee the review, verification and approval of the Contractor's commissioning deliverables and datasets by the commissioning team, to ensure Site commissioning activities are completed in accordance with the Project procedures, regulations, specifications and standards.</li>
<li>Ensure effectiveness of the Advanced workpacking process (Easy Suite) by (1) identifying engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning risks constraints and (2) evaluating risk and verifying required mitigations are in place</li>
<li>Direct, as a single counterpart of contractor's Commissioning Manager, the contractor to deliver the safe execution of Site commissioning activities in compliance with the strategies and planning agreed by the Parties and set on the Project</li>
<li>Responsible for allocation of PMT commissioning manpower resources to the Project Delivery Teams in the matrix organization.</li>
<li>Ensure technical compliance is maintained in the commissioning activities, collaborating and aligning with Project Managers (accountable for delivery) and Functional Managers (Safety, Quality, Business, etc., accountable for technical support) to support delivery in line with the commissioning and project schedule.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency and alignment across all Project Delivery Teams, resolving and prioritizing escalating issues in line with overall project objectives.</li>
<li>Functionally supervise the PMT area commissioning teams under the Delivery Teams by ensuring (1) consistency in the commissioning execution across the areas (2) timely and adequate resources allocation. Deliver commissioning reporting (by contractor and by PMT) timely with quality and in full compliance with project requirements.</li>
<li>Oversee and facilitate commissioning meetings (with contractors) by (1) setting objectives, agenda and other terms and references, (2) preparing meeting materials, (3) leading discussions in the meetings, so that meetings can be completed timely with expected outcomes delivered</li>
<li>Manage interfaces with Operation Expansion & Startup team for technical alignment and cordial relationships to ensure timely and flawless handover of the Plant facilities/Systems</li>
<li>Supervise the PMT Completion and Handover (HO) team so that the completion/HO dossiers can be processed in a timely and coordinated manner with acceptable quality (OPTONAL ACCOUNTABILITY TO BE CONFIRMED in a later stage)</li>
<li>Contribute to the review and preparation of the co-activities with the other project in SIMOPS anticipated in the last two (2) years of the project execution within the same plot</li>

<li>Bachelors Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering</li>
<li>15 years' experience in various project phases, such as engineering, procurement, and construction, within large-scale commissioning projects in the oil and gas industry, including 5 years in a supervisory role overseeing service/vendor personnel, and having overall responsibility for commissioning execution.</li>
<li>Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.</li>
<li>Broad and extensive knowledge of engineering design standards, specifications, codes, operating equipment in the Oil & Gas industry, and appropriate safety criteria.</li>
<li>Broad experience in commissioning strategies and execution.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and systems completion.</li>
<li>Experience managing Brownfield Projects and Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS).</li>
<li>Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.</li>
<li>Experienced in contract compliance, schedule, and cost constraints.</li>
<li>Strong experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.</li>

Your Role Answer all incoming calls with proper greetings and telephone etiquette standards. Communicates with Guests using Glowing system. Conduct departure calls on a daily basis to obtain guest stay experience and departure time. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards. Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended. Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. Maintain complete knowledge of scheduled event/daily activities, in-house groups, hotel extension numbers, all special requests (DND, screen calls, NRG, etc.), hours of operation of each outlet, features and services provided by the hotel. Set up workstation with necessary supplies and resource materials. Secure headset console and log onto system. Access all functions of the system. Accommodate all telephone, email, Whats App requests in a congenial manner within 10 minutes of request. Respond to all incoming telephone calls within 3 rings, using proper salutation and closing. Route callers to requested guest or hotel personnel/department. Monitor busy lines; check back with caller on hold to update status and offer to take a message. Monitor unanswered lines; return to caller after rings to update status and offer to take a message. Take, record and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Activate/deactivate guestroom messages light, accordingly, distribute hotel personnel/department messages to designated location. Accept, record, and deliver wake-up calls. Provide callers with accurate information on hotel facilities and services. Accept and process all guest requests for, Screening calls, Do not disturb, Call transfer/forwarding, Conference calls, Non-registered guests. Access system for long distance carrier's foreign language operator. Assist callers with local and overseas calls. Monitor telephone system problems and raise Knowcross Tickets. Document all guest complaints or problems in Knowcross. Follow up to ensure completion and guest satisfaction. Assist in emergency situations as central communication center for hotel. Collect preferences daily and enter into our guest profiles. Ensure the use of correct verbiage and avoid using any slang language. Follow all LQA and Forbes standard. Full knowledge of using Glowing for guest communication from pre arrival, during the stay and post departure. All other duties as required.

Experience in negotiating contractual terms and conditions, rather than solely commercial terms or scope of work, is also required. We’re seeking someone with a strong customer-first mindset who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about delivering results Bachelor’s degree holder Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a strong background in business development and prospecting. Experience within the Elevator industry will be an added advantage. Proven track record of handling key accounts and delivering commercial success. Arabic is an added advantage.
