Have extensive experience in umbilical manufacturing and testing with proven ability in reviewing documents with respect to quality and safety and compliance to project design basis and standards. Able to make recommendations for approval or rejection of technical deviations/Change Requests. Able to resolve technical challenges and liaison with other relevant disciplines and external stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Have minimum 15 years relevant post graduate experience in Oil &amp; Gas Industry, of which 10 years should be related to subsea umbilical and cable design and engineering.</li><li>Must be an Expert in design &amp; engineering of subsea umbilicals.</li><li>Have worked in at least 2 major offshore EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation &amp; Commissioning) Oil &amp; Gas projects with direct responsibility for umbilical and Power cables package delivery.</li><li>Previous work experience for an umbilical manufacturer is preferable.</li><li>Have experience in subsea umbilical crossing design, loadout, installation, and J-tube pulling operations.</li><li>Have experience in power cable crossing design, loadout, installation, shore approach, and shore pulling analysis.</li><li>Experience in and understanding of subsea umbilical pre-commissioning / commissioning operations</li></ul>

<p>Provide technical and engineering support, with limited supervision, to stakeholders for the tasks that have limited impact ensuring technical contribution in a field of rotating equipment engineering for the department. Operates in an oil and gas industrial environment that requires working closely with operations, maintenance, and other technical and engineering disciplines. Identifies threats to safe and reliable operation. Recommend solutions for low impact tasks and issues with limited support from senior engineers and supervisor.
