<p>To provide professional technical guidance, with full responsibility and accountability, to ensure that the Quality Management System is well implemented within the offshore EPIC Projects.</p><p>To ensure and monitor full compliance with Standards, Shell Dep's, and applicable International Codes throughout the projects performed, which shall be addressed in the relevant Project Quality Plans (PQP).</p><p>Prepare the Project QMS documentation in accordance with requirements.</p><p>Manage and follow-up on implementation of QMS compliance requirements in Contracts.</p><p>Act as a PMT Focal Point for Corporate/external audits. Position Overview<br>We are seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer – Structures to lead and oversee structural construction activities for the Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, managing site supervision activities, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring that all structural works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.<br>Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline. <p>About the Role:
We are seeking a competent and motivated Site Engineer (Civil Works) to oversee and manage civil construction activities on site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining quality and safety standards on site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities including earthworks, piling, concrete works, formwork, rebar installation, and marine structures
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules
