Work order completion report to be submitted to Maintenance Engineer with all findings, actions and pending items if any. Adhere to department maintenance workflow process.<br>3) Compliance with SAP PM Plan:Enforce strict adherence to the SAP PM plan for maintenance activities, including scheduling, execution, and documentation. Monitor team performance to ensure compliance with work order requirements and deadlines.<br>4) Addressing Equipment Failures:Utilize solid trade knowledge and technical skills to promptly attend to, address, and resolve equipment failures. Collaborate with maintenance team members and other stakeholders to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Respond to breakdown notification and address the issues by troubleshooting and repair. Obtain technical guidance from Maintenance Engineer as and when required.<br>5) Data Entry and Completion:Oversee accurate data entry and completion for work orders in the SAP PM system, including updating work status and recording observations. Conduct regular verification of work order data to ensure accuracy and completeness.<br>6) Communication with work groups:Closely engage with Production supervisor for equipment malfunction, observations and cascade the information to Maintenance Engineer for improvements.
