Integral to this role is ensuring strict compliance with the SAP PM plan and addressing specific site requirements for maintenance tasks. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for accurate data entry and completion of work orders. Solid trade knowledge and technical skills are essential for promptly attending to, addressing, and resolving equipment failures.<br>1) Site Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of maintenance foremen and technicians to ensure the effective execution of maintenance tasks. </ul><br><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Machinist</strong> with a strong background in <strong>precision machining and rotating equipment repair</strong> within the energy, oil & gas, power generation, or heavy industrial sectors.</p><br>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or a related technical discipline.</li>
<li>Minimum <strong>10 years of hands-on experience</strong> as a Machinist in a workshop or service center environment.</li>
<li>Proven experience operating <strong>conventional horizontal lathes, boring machines, and milling machines</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience machining and repairing components for <strong>gas turbines, steam turbines, turbo compressors, and reciprocating compressors</strong>.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work to close machining tolerances.</li>
<li>Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, verniers, dial gauges, and bore gauges.</li>
<li>Experience with reverse engineering and component refurbishment is preferred.</li>
<li>CNC machining and programming experience is an added advantage.</li>
<li>Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li>
