and MEP Works. As well as designing new builds, they have to ensure older structures remain safe, and often

<p>Assists/devise new approaches to problems, and prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs, and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices.</p><br>
<p>Analyze and configure the basic structural components of a building or other structure for ensuring the quality of design.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to review the design criteria (basic structural components, geotechnical properties, wind loads, seismic loads, loads, fire protection ….) and ensure adequacy of design.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to analyze the structural elements to ensure the quality of the design.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to analyze and review the loading plan and ensure compliance with codes and the project operational purpose.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to determine the pressures that each component, such as a beam or lintel, will experience from other parts of the structure due to human use or environmental pressures such as weather or earthquakes.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to study the impact of the temporary works (formwork, tower cranes foundations and supports) on the structural elements, provide calculations, details and ensure compliance.</p><br>
<p>Liaise with designers, including architects, to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction of the proposed project.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to provide safe structural solutions to suite the architectural and MEP requirements.</p><br>
<p>Prepare shop drawings with all necessary details in accordance to the tender drawings in order to submit to the consultant for the approval.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to review the tender DWGs VS IFC DWGs and provide report of changes to the technical manger for the commercial department.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to provide material list for all the structural elements in the project as per the time schedule.</p><br>
