Job Description<br><br>To lead the project planning and delivery of Data Analytics based solutions and client engagements. To work with project owners and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations as well as with the team to scope and manage projects, mitigate risk, apply governance best practices, manage key stakeholders, execute communication plans, and ensure the successful delivery of projects with a focus on offering excellence in customer experience.<br><br>Deliver data projects and products on time, within budget, while meeting client’s expectations. Plan, assign, manage and coordinate activities pertaining to data technology multi-year projects, on an enterprise level with multiple releases and work streams. Verify project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Create, maintain, own and accountable for WBS, project plan, issue and risk logs, other PM tools. Manage project delivery team consisting of multiple vendors and internal resources, ensuring alignment on development timelines and handoffs between teams. Actively manage delivery process between requirements gathering, data ingestion, data modeling, pipeline development and data visualization via multiple delivery vendors and teams. Organizes and facilitates cross functional teams (product owners, IT data engineering, IT security, business data analytics, QA and data science) for projects. Own and manage the Data Engineering and Visualization product backlog ensuring backlog is up to date, tickets include fulsome descriptions and tickets are linked where necessary. Prepare and present project level reporting to project stakeholders and executives via bi-weekly Project Review meeting. Provide quality review of client deliverables, secure client delivery acceptance. Work with the client and the team to identify solutions to challenges and roadblocks that come up Lead lessons learned reviews to evaluate project success and recommend process improvements. Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their successful execution. Managing customer satisfaction, conducting post-project evaluation and providing feedback to PMO for continuous improvements. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and leading Standups Administrator and co-administer various Jira boards (Enterprise Engineering, Prototyping etc) Be the first point of escalation for project risks. Manage the process of escalating risks and communicating to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required; relevant training in Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Monitor, Support and Fulfil, or Create, Deliver and Support is strongly preferred.
Training in Site Reliability Engineering, SIAM, COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000, Lean Six Sigma, risk management, business continuity, project management, or information security is advantageous.
Good working knowledge of IT service management, service operation and transition, service reliability, operational resilience, customer experience, service levels, supplier obligations, and continual improvement.

Role Purpose<br><br>The Data Compliance & Privacy Consultant helps clients understand and implement the legal, regulatory, policy and control requirements affecting data. The role supports the translation of obligations into practical requirements for collection, classification, access, sharing, retention, analytics, security and disposal. It also helps clients establish evidence, monitoring, exception and remediation practices that demonstrate responsible handling.<br><br>The consultant works closely with data governance, security, legal, risk, records, architecture and operational teams. The role may conduct assessments, draft control requirements, support privacy and sharing reviews and prepare compliance recommendations, but it does not provide final legal opinions or accept client risk.
