Support Category Managers and Category Executives in planning and executing supplier-funded and internally driven promotional campaigns. Coordinate campaign setup, promotional mechanics, supplier participation, campaign timelines, and launch readiness. Ensure all campaign deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and escalate risks proactively. Maintain campaign documentation, promotional calendars, execution trackers, and project plans.<br><br>Campaign Readiness & Quality Assurance<br><br>Validate campaign pricing, discounts, promotional mechanics, product assortment, and campaign content before launch. Coordinate with Inventory and Operations to ensure adequate stock availability for promotional products. Ensure campaign products are correctly categorized, searchable, and merchandised within the Snoomart platform. Verify promotional accuracy across all customer touchpoints, including app banners, landing pages, collections, and campaign listings. Coordinate campaign testing with relevant stakeholders before campaigns go live.<br><br>Cross-Functional Coordination<br><br>Act as the central coordination point between Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, CRM, Content, Finance, and Customer Experience teams. Coordinate campaign assets, banners, creative content, push notifications, email campaigns, and in-app communications with Marketing. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables, and execution requirements. Coordinate campaign issue resolution during live campaigns to ensure minimal customer impact.<br><br>Digital Merchandising<br><br>Coordinate homepage placements, promotional landing pages, collections, featured products, and campaign merchandising. Ensure promotional products receive optimal visibility throughout the customer journey. Work closely with Category Managers to curate campaign assortments that maximize customer engagement and sales. Support optimization of search visibility and merchandising placement for promotional products.<br><br>Commercial Performance & Analytics<br><br>Monitor campaign performance throughout campaign periods and identify underperforming campaigns requiring corrective action. Prepare regular campaign performance reports covering key commercial KPIs. Conduct post-campaign reviews and provide recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness. Analyse sales performance, promotional uplift, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness. Identify commercial trends and opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.<br><br>Retail Media & AdTech<br><br>Coordinate execution of Retail Media and AdTech campaigns with Snoomart partners. Ensure sponsored campaigns are delivered according to agreed timelines and objectives. Track campaign delivery and performance against partner commitments. Support supplier reporting for retail media activities.<br><br>Market & Customer Insights<br><br>Conduct competitor benchmarking across pricing, promotions, campaign mechanics, and assortment. Monitor market trends and identify promotional opportunities. Analyse customer purchasing behaviour and seasonal trends to support commercial planning. Share market insights and recommendations with the Commercial team.<br><br>Process Improvement<br><br>Identify opportunities to improve campaign planning processes, execution efficiency, and reporting. Support development and automation of commercial trackers and campaign reporting. Recommend improvements to campaign workflows and cross-functional collaboration. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance campaign execution and customer experience.<br><br>General Commercial Support<br><br>Support the Commercial team with reporting, supplier coordination, administrative activities, and strategic initiatives. Assist Category Managers with campaign planning and execution across multiple categories. Perform additional commercial coordination activities as required.<br><br>????♂️ The Magic You Bring<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in Commercial Coordination, Trade Marketing, Campaign Management, Category Management Support, Marketing Coordination, Retail, E-commerce, or Q-Commerce. Experience within grocery retail, FMCG, e-commerce, marketplace, or Q-commerce environments is highly preferred. Experience supporting promotional campaigns and cross-functional project coordination. <p>JOB TITLE: Project Manager Role Purpose: Under the direction of the Facility and Support Services (F&SS) Director provide oversight to all hospital facility projects. This includes planning, organizing manpower for project activities, implementation, project control, and evaluation. Lead projects as needed for Hospital Operations and collaborate with other departments as instructed by the F&SS Director. Responsible for managing the processes and procedures that form the facility project program for the hospital. Responsible for the Hospital engineering equipment management and inventory.</p><p>Job Responsibilities: - (Including but not limited to): Plan and deliver project activities related to engineering scope of work. Manage projects by determining project specifications, design, end user requirements, and performance standards. Monitor on-going activities, review the project schedule, and revise the schedule as required. Organize and arrange all manpower with appropriate skills necessary to carry out all project activities. Manage project contractors according to the established policies and practices of the Hospital and the parent company policies. Manages and assigns tasks to engineering staff and contractors. Supervise and approve contractor s completed jobs and other subcontractor s jobs. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with other team leaders and departments. Responsible of hospital plants, chillers, HVAC systems, civil works, mechanical jobs, electrical jobs, plumbing, carpentry, etc. Management, Monitoring and Maintenance of all Hospital Engineering Equipment. Scheduling equipment periodic preventative maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance on hospital engineering equipment. Manage equipment Service Contracts, warranty compliance and department SLA s. Develop, review and amend policies and procedures for the Hospital engineering section. Prepare technical specifications, tender review, and evaluation for the purchase of new engineering equipment and projects. Commissioning and installation of newly purchased hospital engineering equipment. Develop annual budgets: operating, capital, and manpower for the section. Liaise with finance to finalize annual budgets. Produces weekly, monthly, and annual reports for F&SS Director. Assume or accept any other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor within the position role and responsibility.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Job Specific Skills: - Bachelor s Engineering degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & or any other related field. Master s degree is preferable. Certification in Facility Management or Project Management is ideal. Minimum experience of 6 to 8 years, in which 2-3 years should be in a similar position /responsibility, preferably in a similar industry. Demonstrated managerial, supervisory, budgetary and estimation skills for project activities and implementation. Knowledge of equipment procurement processes including specification writing and tender analysis. Knowledge and experience in the management of a Hospital Regulation and Equipment service to an international standard. Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders. Experience using computer-aided design (CAD) platforms.
