Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.<br>Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Focus on Key Projects with effective coverage of all segments, ensuring category-wise penetration and close Rate Contracts with Service Plans. Propose value-added solutions via demonstrations for end-user applications, highlighting features & benefits. Preparing a go-to strategy in Qatar for DEWALT & STANLEY to make the brands market leaders. Engage SBD management for a top-to-top meeting with high-potential accounts. Product/safety training & jobsite events with end-users to support customers in driving higher productivity by correct usage of tools and accessories. Distribution Management- Collaboration, Training distributor sales force, Inventory Management, Market Coverage, Drive Focus Categories, and Biweekly Reviews. Engage with the trade market to ensure branding, promotions & maximize SOW. Maximize the coverage in trade, add more partners for better penetration & increase customer base. Create strong brand differentiation by introducing NPI’s into the market. Submitting the proposals to the distributor for stocking the products based on the opportunity pipeline for the trade channel & End Users. Conduct market research on new products and communicate the ‘voice of the customer’ back to Marketing/ product management team.<br>What do we need?<br>Experience in planning sales promotions, activations, and merchandising is essential. Job Description<br><br>The NOC Team Leader is responsible for leading and controlling day-to-day 24x7 Network Operations Center activities to ensure continuous monitoring, timely incident response, service restoration, SLA achievement and effective operational communication for Malomatia managed-services customers. The role provides technical and operational leadership to NOC engineers, acts as the primary shift/operational escalation point, coordinates major incidents with resolver groups and customer stakeholders, and ensures that events, incidents, service requests and changes are handled in accordance with agreed ITIL processes, SOPs and contractual requirements. The Team Leader also drives ticket quality, shift discipline, knowledge management, operational reporting, team capability and continuous service improvement.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br> Lead and supervise the NOC team during assigned operations and ensure effective 24x7 service coverage, shift readiness, workload allocation and proper handover between shifts. Ensure continuous monitoring of customer infrastructure, networks, systems, cloud services, applications and other in-scope configuration items using approved monitoring and observability platforms. Act as the first operational and technical escalation point for NOC engineers and provide guidance for event validation, troubleshooting, impact assessment, ticket classification and escalation. Lead the NOC response for P1/P2 and other major incidents, ensuring immediate engagement of the correct resolver teams, timely management escalation, stakeholder communication and service restoration within agreed SLA. Ensure all actionable alerts and customer-reported issues are logged accurately in the ITSM platform, correctly categorized and prioritized, assigned to the appropriate support group, updated throughout the lifecycle and properly closed. Monitor SLA performance in real time and proactively intervene on tickets approaching response, update or resolution thresholds; escalate risks before SLA breach wherever possible. Maintain ownership of incidents from detection through restoration from the NOC coordination perspective, including technical follow-up, vendor/resolver engagement and confirmation that monitoring has returned to normal. Ensure strict adherence to Incident, Event, Major Incident, Change, Problem and Service Request procedures, escalation matrices, communication protocols, SOPs and customer-specific operational requirements. Coordinate approved changes and planned maintenance activities from the NOC perspective, validate monitoring impact, track execution status and ensure required start, progress, completion, rollback or extension communications are issued. Review ticket quality, event-to-ticket compliance, troubleshooting evidence, timelines, work notes, assignment accuracy and closure information; coach engineers on identified quality gaps. Prepare and validate shift, daily, weekly and monthly operational inputs covering major incidents, SLA/KPI performance, alert volumes, recurring events, escalations, service risks and improvement actions. Maintain accurate shift handover records, operational logs, known-issue registers, escalation contacts, SOPs, runbooks and knowledge articles, ensuring information remains current and usable by all shifts. Identify recurring alarms, incident patterns, monitoring gaps, false positives and operational inefficiencies and work with technical teams and management to drive problem management, tuning, automation and continuous improvement. Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, shadowing/reverse-shadowing and service transition activities for new customers, technologies and monitoring scope, ensuring operational readiness before handover to steady-state support. Coach and develop NOC engineers through technical guidance, performance feedback, knowledge sharing, training and individual capability development; identify skill gaps and recommend development actions. Support roster and resource planning, attendance and shift discipline, leave coordination and operational coverage to ensure service continuity without compromising contractual obligations. Maintain professional communication with customers, internal technical teams, vendors, Service Delivery/Operations Management and other stakeholders, particularly during high-impact incidents and escalations. Ensure compliance with Malomatia policies, customer security requirements, access-control practices, information-security requirements, quality procedures and applicable ISO/ITSM governance controls. Promote automation and operational efficiency by identifying repetitive NOC activities suitable for event correlation, auto-ticketing, notification automation, dashboarding or other approved AIOps/automation use cases. Perform other operational leadership duties reasonably required to support the Managed Monitoring Services function and customer service commitments.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br> Minimum 5 years of experience in NOC, infrastructure operations or managed services, including at least 2 years in a senior/shift-lead/team-lead capacity. Strong operational experience in 24x7 enterprise or government environments supporting multi-technology infrastructure and business-critical services. Strong knowledge of NOC monitoring/observability, event management, ITSM ticket lifecycle, escalation and major incident coordination. Sound technical understanding of LAN/WAN, network devices, firewalls/load balancers, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, cloud and enterprise applications. Practical knowledge of ITIL Incident, Event, Problem, Change, Request and Major Incident Management practices. The role will encompass the full spectrum of commercial and contract management from contract award through construction, testing and commissioning, handover and final account.<br>Key Responsibilities Commercial & Contract Management Manage the commercial and contractual administration of major construction packages. Ensure contractors and consultants comply with their contractual obligations. Interpret contract provisions and provide commercial advice to project and client teams. Monitor contractual correspondence, notices, instructions and commercial submissions. Maintain appropriate commercial records and ensure contractual entitlements are properly assessed and documented. Identify emerging commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. Cost Control & Reporting Monitor committed, forecast and actual expenditure against approved budgets. Prepare and review cost reports, cash-flow forecasts and cost-to-complete assessments. Monitor package-level financial performance and identify potential budget pressures. Provide accurate commercial information for senior management and client reporting. Maintain robust cost forecasting throughout the project lifecycle. Variations & Change Management Manage the commercial assessment of variations and change requests. Review contractor quotations and supporting build-ups. Assess quantities, rates, preliminaries and associated time-related costs. Negotiate variations and recommend commercial settlements. Maintain change registers and monitor the cumulative financial impact of project changes. Ensure changes are properly instructed, valued and incorporated into project forecasts. Interim Valuations & Payments Review contractor applications for payment. Assess completed works against contractual requirements. Verify quantities, progress and supporting documentation. Prepare payment recommendations and certificates. Monitor retention, advances, bonds, guarantees and other contractual securities where applicable. Claims & Contractual Matters Review contractor claims for additional cost and/or time. Assess contractual entitlement and supporting records. Work alongside planning and project controls teams when evaluating delay and disruption matters. Support the preparation of commercial responses to claims. Assist with negotiation and resolution of commercial disputes. Work with specialist claims and dispute teams where matters require escalation. Final Accounts & Close-Out Manage the commercial close-out of completed packages. Negotiate and agree final accounts. Ensure outstanding variations, claims and contractual matters are resolved. Support handover, completion and defects-period commercial activities. Maintain complete and auditable commercial records. Candidate Profile The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Contracts/Commercial professional who has progressed within a recognised cost consultancy, project management consultancy or major international contractor. Candidates should ideally demonstrate:Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Typically 12–15+ years' relevant commercial / quantity surveying experience. Strong post-contract commercial management experience. Experience managing substantial individual construction packages. Previous consultancy or client-side commercial management experience would be highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of measurement, valuation, variations, claims and final accounts. Experience administering major construction contracts. Good understanding of FIDIC or comparable international forms of contract. Experience working within complex multi-contractor programmes. <li><span>Minimum of seven years of relevant post-qualification legal experience.</span></li>
<li><span>Experience gained within a recognized law firm, property developer, real estate organization, retail mall, hospitality company, or diversified corporate group is preferred.</span></li>
<li><span>Previous legal experience in Qatar or the GCC is highly desirable.</span></li>
<li><span>Sound knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, real estate, leasing, employment law, and dispute management.</span></li>
<li><span>Familiarity with Qatari laws, regulations, courts, government authorities, and business practices is an advantage.</span></li>
<li><span>Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Professional working proficiency in Arabic, including the ability to review Arabic-language contracts, notices, and official correspondence, is strongly preferred.</span></li>

Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, which may include pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center. Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facilities intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members. Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency. Provide cashier services when working in facilities that include point of sales transactions. Assist when hosting private functions within the recreation facilities with group activities and events. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services. Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment and supplies.<br>Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
