Job Summary Serve as the HVAC engineer for international projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: HVAC design calculations, overall planning, technical management, document design, checking, and review, as well as procurement technical support (such as tender document preparation, bid evaluation, clarifications, drawing review, FAT, etc.)Principal Responsibilities Coordinate with international clients to address project-related issues and inquiries raised by the client. The role ensures that all water meters are installed,maintained, and operated in accordance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best industry practices, while supporting accurate metering, data reliability, and system performance.<br><br>● Oversee the operation, maintenance, testing, calibration, and performance monitoring of all types of water metering systems.<br><br>● Ensure proper installation, configuration, and functionality of water meters in compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and approved procedures.<br><br>● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to water meters, accessories, and systems.<br><br>● Coordinate with technical teams, contractors, and service providers to enhance water meter accuracy, reliability, and operational performance.<br><br>● Monitor meter installation, replacement, upgrade, and maintenance activities to ensure quality.<br><br>● Review and analyze water meter performance data and prepare reports, observations, and recommendations.<br><br>● Support continuous improvement initiatives related to water metering technologies, accuracy, and operational efficiency.<br><br>● Ensure proper implementation of preventive maintenance programs for water metering systems.<br><br>● Assist in technical evaluations, inspections, and verification of metering works at site.<br><br>● Provide technical input on water metering systems, equipment selection, and best practices.<br><br>● Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, Risk Management, ISMS, BCMS, and other corporate governance frameworks, as well as Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.<br><br>● Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor or management.<br><br></span><br><span>Requirements● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.<br><br>● Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in water metering systems or a related field, preferably within a utility or large infrastructure environment.<br><br>● Strong understanding of water metering systems, technologies, and standards.<br><br>● Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve water meter-related issues.<br><br>● Experience in installation, calibration, testing, and maintenance of water metering systems.<br><br>● Familiarity with regulatory and operational requirements for water metering and distribution systems.<br><br>● Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.<br><br>● Ability to manage field-based inspections and operational activities.<br><br>● Good communication and teamwork abilities.<br><br>● Efficiency, adaptability, communication, and initiative.<br><br>● Written and spoken English is essential; Arabic is preferred.<br><br></span><br> </div>
