<p><b>What you will do</b></p><br><p>The Technician will be reporting directly to the Field Line Manager and will be based in Qatar. As part the HVAC Aftermarket team you will install, service, repair and carry out preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems and equipment such as reciprocations and screw compressors, condensing units, evaporators, valves and control systems. The key role of a Technician shall be:</p><br><ul><li>Day to day execution of the Service and Maintenance in line with Company Best Practices.</li><li>Carry out service, maintenance, and retrofit projects on HVAC systems used for comfort and energy efficiency across large size project comprising Hospital, Retail & Commercial Buildings.</li><li>Coordination with Subcontractors to get the job done for HVAC installations.</li><li>Conduct planning, scheduling, directing, monitoring, controlling for uniform service execution.</li><li>Attend critical infrastructures and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Realize opportunities from product ‘end of life and replacement/upgrade solutions.</li><li>Identifying business growth opportunities and service delivery improvements. </li></ul><p><b>How you will do it</b></p><br><p>As a Technician you will use your strong HVAC technical knowledge to execute site surveys and carry out full dilapidation reports, inspecting all refrigeration components and recommending system enhancements, upgrades and replacements as necessary.</p><br><p>You will understand the customer requirements and concerns by meeting them on regular basis and provide them required technical services and repair for HVAC systems.
