Job Purpose<br><br> JOB DESCRIPTION <br><br>The Financial Controller & Reporting Manager is responsible for delivering accurate and timely consolidated financial information and analysis enabling effective decision making and supporting the company’s strategic objectives. Overseas the development, implementation and monitoring of effective, accurate and integrated accounting systems for relevant financial reporting and auditing accountability. Responsible for overseeing and direction of the corporate accounting and cost controllers (financial reporting) team in conjunction with the CFO. The Senior Cybersecurity Accreditation Auditor is responsible for delivering day-to-day accreditation services and ensuring that assessments of third parties are conducted in a fair, consistent, and objective manner. The role focuses on evaluating compliance with national and international cybersecurity standards, managing accreditation applications, and maintaining the integrity of the accreditation process. It also supports continuous improvement of accreditation frameworks, tools, and methodologies aligned with national cybersecurity requirements.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Responsible for the conduct of the day to day of accreditation services. Maintain detailed and organized records of the accreditation process, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Ensuring that the highest standards of competence and impartiality are maintained, and that consistency is achieved across accreditation activities;Undertake compliance activities against security standards. Operational role, to manage national accreditation scheme applications. Document observations/findings in such a manner that they are clearly understandable and traceable and are based on objective evidence. Job Description<br><br>Key accountabilities and decision ownership:<br><br>Provide support and manage planned and unplanned outage communication to customer and engage with technology teams to troubleshoot customer issue. Work with technology to build pro-active controls to reduce technical complaints from customer. Track and report technical complaints vs base. Propose corrective actions to reduce number of complaints vs customer base. Work with digital team to build self-service channel for customers (e.g. My Vodafone App, Chat bot) where they can self- troubleshoot technical issue. Ensure customer is kept informed on status of his complaint. Track and reduce repeat calls from customer on trouble ticket follow-up and log each interaction with customer in CRM tool. Ensure field teams from sub-contractor are following standard operating procedures to resolve technical complaint from customer. Ensure all activities performed by field team to fix customer issue are logged inside CRM tool. Conduct trainings for frontline team so that customer issue can be resolved on 1st call before raising trouble ticket.
