Job Title: Supply Chain Manager – Lubricants Manufacturing Job Location: Doha, Qatar Industry: Lubricants Manufacturing / Petrochemical / Chemical Manufacturing<br>Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, strategic sourcing, inventory planning, and end-to-end supply chain operations for a leading lubricant manufacturing facility in Qatar. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted availability of base oils, additives, packaging materials, and plant operational requirements while optimizing inventory levels and procurement costs. This position requires strong technical knowledge of lubricant raw materials, supplier management, and manufacturing supply chain processes.<br>Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:Experience:Minimum 7–12 years of procurement and supply chain management experience within lubricant blending plants, petrochemical, chemical manufacturing, or specialty chemical industries. Proven experience in sourcing and procurement of lubricant base oils and additive packages. Hands-on experience managing plant-wide procurement and inventory operations. Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, APICS/CSCP are highly preferred. Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of lubricant base oils (Group I, II, III, IV & V).
