<li>Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant.</li>

<p>The Banquet Captain is responsible for supervising banquet service operations to ensure the flawless execution of events in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. This role leads banquet service associates during functions, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and operational excellence.</p>
