<p>The Procurement Engineer Civil is responsible for managing the procurement of civil construction materials, equipment, subcontracted works, and related services required for construction projects. The position will ensure that all materials and services are procured in accordance with approved project specifications, drawings, BOQs, quality requirements, budgets, and construction schedules, while achieving competitive commercial terms and timely delivery.
