BIM Engineer<br>Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Civil Engineering MMUP/UPDA Grade A or B certification Minimum 5 years of experience in BIMConsultancy experience is Mandatory<br>Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage BIM models for civil/infrastructure projects Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure model accuracy Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts Ensure compliance with project standards and BIM protocols Prepare drawings, reports, and model updates

Supports Lead Engineer in monitoring quality activities and takes action where required. Assist Project Team in project documentation such as proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules. Manage process design and any design changes within budget and schedule. Prepare and participate in weekly process discipline meetings, prepare progress reports and follow required checking procedures. Determines technical issues, defines alternate solutions, establishes pros/cons for multiple solutions, and makes recommendations through official project documents such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc. Creates final documentation incorporating all relevant information and pursues customer approval. Reviews documentation to assist others and reviews/authorizes work done by direct reports. Evaluate new technology advancements against existing design standards and revise where applicable. Identify and review new technology development which could be applicable in providing more cost-effective facilities. Perform discipline specific engineering services such as:Identify and report changes to project scope; Contribute to appropriate studies, analyses and recommend actions; Assist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports; Provide assistance during procurement, construction and commissioning activities. <br>Quality Assurance<br><br>Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance systems.<br><br>Safety<br><br>Responsible for personal safety safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures. Promoting health, safety and environmental awareness.<br><br>Industry Specific Experience<br><br>Must have process design in onshore/offshore oil & gas industry in a brownfield environment with focus on rotating equipments. FEED and detailed engineering experience essential. Decent experience in an engineering consultancy in a multidiscipline environment is essential. <br><br>Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training<br><br>Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university. MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period. Incident Handling & Ticket Management Raise incidents/tickets for all network alarms and customer-impacting events Categorize incidents based on severity, region, service, and technology Maintain proper updates in ticketing tools with time-stamped actions Ensure all incidents are acknowledged and assigned within defined SLA timelines3. Initial Troubleshooting Perform basic troubleshooting using SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base Validate alarm persistence, flap behavior, repeat incidents, and service dependency Perform preliminary checks such as: Alarm acknowledgment Link/path status validation Interface and bandwidth checks Power/environment checks (where tool visibility exists) Reachability checks through monitoring systems4. Escalation Management Escalate unresolved or critical alarms to L2 / Shift Lead within defined TATCoordinate with field teams, fiber teams, power teams, and OEM/vendor teams as per escalation matrix Follow escalation hierarchy for P1/P2 incidents without delay Inform customer support/service desk for affected services where required5. Communication & Coordination Provide timely updates to all stakeholders during incidents Maintain bridge call support for major outages if required Coordinate with internal teams for restoration activities Share handover notes clearly during shift change6. SLA & Process Compliance Ensure incidents are handled as per agreed SOP, SLA, and operational processes Maintain proper incident documentation and closure remarks Support shift governance, queue hygiene, and ageing control Adhere to reporting discipline and audit requirements7.
