2) Operate and maintain HVAC equipment, including but not limited to dehumidifiers, chillers, AHUs, pumps, fan coil units, Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) units, Air Cooled Condensing Unit (ACCU) units, window air-conditioning units, split air-conditioning units and ventilation systems and all its components.<br>
3) Operate and maintain Low Voltage (LV) Power & Lighting system, Elevator, sliding door, Dock leveler, Building Maintenance Unit (BMU), Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) systems consisting of Access Control System, Barrier gate, Intercom and all its components.<br>

processes.</li><li>Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders, including Contractors, specialist attraction vendors, manufacturers, operators, consultants, commissioning teams, utility providers, and statutory authorities.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify construction issues, engineering conflicts, and practical site solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.</li><li>Ability to review and interpret IFC drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings,
