Scale's Global Public Sector team is responsible for developing and executing the strategies that build trust, awareness, and adoption of Scale's offering with government partners around the world. About the Role This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, content production, and regional growth strategy, and reports to Scale's Product Marketing Lead, Global Public Sector. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the socialization and amplification of Scale's landmark government partnerships across Qatar, the GCC and beyond. This role is unique: you will act as a bridge between Scale and government entities, turning complex, high-stakes AI projects into high-visibility success stories. Day to day, you will lead the product, customer, and brand marketing execution behind our flagship national partnership in Qatar, and you'll support the strategy for entering new markets across the GCC. The ideal candidate pairs strong storytelling instincts with the judgment and polish needed to work directly with senior government stakeholders. Support Launches & Campaigns: Drive the materials and copy behind new solutions, offerings, and campaigns as we bring them to market. Support Market Entry: Partner with the GPS Leads to support go-to-market in new markets, contributing the content, enablement, and campaign execution that turn strategy into pipeline. Create Alignment: Partner across sales, product, and delivery to gather input, keep projects moving, and ensure our external voice reflects what's true and differentiated about our work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying advanced threats, conducting hypothesis-driven threat hunting activities, analyzing attacker behavior, and strengthening organizational detection capabilities across enterprise environments. Job Summary and Purpose<br>Ensure that the Safety Management System is maintained up to date and ensure the safe operations / practices on the vessels that meet the Flag State regulations, legislations and Company requirements. As well as ensure the security of vessels by keeping abreast of security issues, intelligence, compliance with procedures, advising vessels on development and counter strategies.<br>Systems Management: <br>Implement the NSQL Management System for Continuous Improvement in line with the marine and shipping industry requirements, as well as the best practices. Implement the Company International Quality System Standards and maintain the policies and procedures for Quality and Environment certification (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 45001). Maintain NSQL IMS to ensure that the updates are promptly made, using the Company ‘SMS Update System’ and within the ‘Management of Change’ process. Maintain up to date Company HSE monitoring system to ensure full adherence to the set due dates. Establish a system to ensure that the company is aware of the latest regulations and legislations and provide analysis of impact of such to Company’s operations. Maintain Regulatory Compliance register. Steward the re-issuance of the updated SMS in a timely manner, to ensure that the fleet is kept fully abreast of latest Company requirements. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the audits, as well as their related submissions. Monitor/supervise day to day TAS deployment. Prepare training Plan and monitor quality and effectiveness. Handle TSMA submission, audit and response in alignment with IMS, and ensure company IMS complies with all EMS requirements.<br> Vessel Safety & Security:Monitor the safety aspects of the vessels by keeping abreast of Safety and security issues, advising vessel’s to ensure compliance with safety procedures, monitor situation and provide guidance for IMS implementation.<br> Emergency Response: Develop the Company Emergency response procedures, as a member of the crisis management team, and ensure that the emergency response center is always updated and ready to use. Ensure accurate portion control and adherence to recipe standards. Inventory & Stock Management Supervise inventory control processes across central kitchens, warehouses, and catering sites. Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconciliation. Monitor stock movements, transfers, and consumption patterns. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and stock rotation practices. Procurement & Supplier Cost Management Review purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier quotations. Verify supplier invoices against approved purchase orders and delivery records. Catering Operations Support Work closely with Executive Chefs, Site Managers, Operations Managers, and Procurement teams. Monitor labor productivity and staffing costs at catering sites. Support mobilization of new catering projects through budget planning and cost forecasting. Analyze meal counts, consumption reports, and client billing accuracy. Reporting & Compliance Prepare monthly Food Cost Reports, Inventory Reports, and Profitability Analysis. Generate management reports highlighting key cost performance indicators. Support internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and client contractual requirements.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field. Professional qualification (CMA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Cost Control within large-scale catering, remote site catering, industrial catering, or hospitality operations. Experience managing multiple catering sites and high-volume meal production is highly preferred. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Food Cost Control and Inventory Management. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or FMCG/Catering software. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
