<br><ul><li><p>Senior SAP PM Consultant with functional leadership and end-to-end implementation experience in S/4HANA environments.</p></li><li><p>Lead the complete lifecycle of SAP PM/EAM initiatives including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, hyper care, and production support.</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and SAP Fiori applications for Enterprise Asset Management.</p></li><li><p>Design and optimize maintenance processes covering Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown, Condition-Based, Predictive, Project, and Shutdown/Turnaround/Outage (STO) maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in large-scale Shutdown, Turnaround, and Outage planning and execution including work-pack management, resource scheduling, critical path coordination, outage governance, and post-shutdown performance analysis.</p></li><li><p>Configure and govern key master data objects including Functional Locations, Equipment, Material Serial Numbers, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Task Lists, Measuring Points, Measuring Counters, Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, and Linear Asset structures where applicable.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience with maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, refurbishment processes, calibration processes, permits, confirmations, technical completion, settlement, and maintenance cost control.</p></li><li><p>Architect and support integration between SAP PM and SAP MM, FI/CO, PS, QM, and other enterprise applications to enable end-to-end maintenance and asset management processes.</p></li><li><p>Experience in interfaces between SAP PM/EAM and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Operational Technology (OT) platforms, plant historians, and third-party maintenance solutions.</p></li><li><p>Experience integrating SAP with planning and scheduling solutions such as Prometheus, Primavera P6, or equivalent enterprise scheduling platforms.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with SAP Asset Performance Management (SAP APM), asset health monitoring, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Drive equipment criticality assessments, asset reliability programs, maintenance optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement strategies.</p></li><li><p>Develop and monitor maintenance of KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, schedule compliance, equipment availability, maintenance backlog, and overall asset performance metrics.</p></li><li><p>Prepare functional specifications, support custom developments, interfaces, workflows, reports, forms, and enhancements in collaboration with technical teams.</p></li><li><p>Lead Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , and business process validation activities.</p></li><li><p>Experience with SAP data migration activities including master data cleansing, data validation, migration planning, and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit tools.</p></li><li><p>Support audit, compliance, change management, transport management, documentation, and governance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, SOP preparation, and stakeholder engagement across maintenance, operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Utilities, Manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive business value.</p></li></ul>
