Conducting planned and random site inspections of electrical installations and systems to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, local regulations, and relevant international standards. Inspecting electrical works, including power distribution systems, lighting systems, earthing and lightning protection systems, low-voltage installations, control panels, cabling works, and associated infrastructure. Monitoring contractor activities to ensure adherence to approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Witnessing electrical testing and commissioning activities, including cable testing, continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, functional testing, and system performance verification. Identifying non-conformances, quality issues, and deviations from project specifications, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. Investigating recurring quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and preparing detailed inspection reports with supporting documentation and photographs.
