The CSEA Contractor is expected to provide hands-on support to the Cyber Security<br><br>Engineering and Architecture section by contributing to security architecture<br><br>activities, technical security reviews, control implementation, risk<br><br>assessments and advisory services across enterprise systems, infrastructure,<br><br>cloud environments and applications.<br><br>The<br><br>Contractor Is Expected To Have<br><br>Hands-on experience with Enterprise Security Architecture methodologies and modern security technologies, including IAM, SIEM, EDR/XDR, WAF, SASE, Zero Trust, cloud security, and security automation tools. Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, laws, and frameworks, including NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other relevant regulatory or compliance requirements. Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including secure network architecture, endpoint protection, identity and access management, cloud security, Dev Sec Ops, and defense-in-depth design. Experience conducting security design reviews, architecture assessments, threat modeling, technical risk assessments, and security gap assessments. Ability to support business units, project teams, IT teams, and security stakeholders in selecting, designing, and implementing secure information systems and technology solutions. Experience with security automation and scripting using tools and languages such as Python, Power Shell, Bash, Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies. Experience providing technical consultation and advisory support on CSEA-related projects, initiatives, and engagements as requested by the CSEA Section Head. We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our supervision team. The successful candidate must have 5-10 years of Quantity Surveying experience in consultancy firms, with a proven track record in budget control and handling variations. Chartered status is preferred. The role focuses on post-contract Quantity Surveying services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle.<br>Responsibilities Carry out post-contract Quantity Surveying works in line with project and contract requirements. Conduct monthly site checks to verify completed works against approved drawings and specifications. Prepare a Monthly Schedule of Works Completed, forming the basis for interim payment certification. Review and evaluate contractors’ claims for time extensions and prepare contract variation orders. Assess and recommend contractors’ interim and final payments based on actual work progress. Maintain accurate records of materials delivered to site, collating all delivery invoices. Monitor and keep records of plant, manpower, and resources deployed at site. Collect and verify test results, issuing them to the Client for compliance verification. Carry out mark-up of drawings for underground works, including line, level, and position checks. Prepare cost reports, variation logs, and cash flow forecasts for project monitoring. Support the Resident Engineer and Project Manager in all post-contract commercial and contractual matters.
