Job Purpose Apply the acquired knowledge and experience in developing methods and processes to prevent, or reduce, the likelihood or frequency of failures in I&E systems and assets.<br>Accountabilities Day to Day Accountabilities: (for I&E Reliability Engineer with major Experience in Electrical) Advise and assist Maintenance I&E Engineers, electricians and production supervisors on complex electrical repairs and troubleshooting methodologies. Develop and implement Reliability strategies by utilizing conventional techniques such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Preventive and Predictive maintenance (PPM) strategies, and other industry accepted reliability techniques to analyse Electrical equipment failures and produce cost effective strategies to ensure safe and reliable operation of the plant. Work with technical, production and maintenance departments to implement solutions. Lead Reliability Improvement efforts of the plant from the platform of Reliability Improvement Teams(RITs). Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis to identify various failure modes and recommend strategies to help improve I&E equipment reliability. Evaluate RCA reports, criticality studies, equipment strategies, and risk assessments on equipment to ensure consistency and compliance with company procedures and policies. Evaluate facility incidents that affect reliability and ensure that appropriate RCAs are performed. Assist in tracking RCA findings and completing action items in a timely manner. Reviews equipment specs/designs to ensure equipment can meet reliability objectives. Participate as a technical adviser on capital projects and turnarounds. Participates in the MOCs and PSSRs of new installations to assure adherence to functional specifications. Minimum of 5 years working experience is required for this position</p><p>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance ( breakdown &amp; emergency), and rectification to all electrical systems and equipment inside the plants, buildings.</p><p>Troubleshoot, check and maintain the existing power systems and electrical installations for all kinds of equipment and provide the complete installation of new systems, whenever required.</p><p>Troubleshoot, maintain and diagnose (electrical equipment but no limited to) SWGR, MCC, VFD,MOTORS, ATS, Electrical Parts of the YK Chillers and the Electrical Distribution Panels</p><p>Execute and install the Cable Pulling, Wiring terminations, Cable Trunking, Cable Ducts, Panel Boards, Electrical Distribution Panels, Manual Station and other Electrical System.</p><p>Test and troubleshoot the Electrical Connections, the Electrical Equipment and their Controls after completing the preventive maintenance jobs.</p><p>Provide technical solutions and maintenance for all electrical system installed within QC Buildings,</p><p>Troubleshoot, maintain and diagnose the Motorized Valves, HVAC Systems, Generating Set, Synchronization Panels, Fire Fighting Systems, Motors Lighting, ELCB Systems, Gantry &amp; Over Head Cranes.</p><p>Generate technical layouts and technical reports.</p><p>Understand and implement the basis of the Computer Maintenance Management Systems</p><p>Perform thermo graphic and analysis for the electrical equipment.</p><p>Provide assistance and guidance to other technical teams, whenever required</p><p>Comply with the ISO 9001: 2015 QMS requirements in applicable job areas / functions.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Candidates must have at least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate</li></ul><p></p></section>
