Credit & Risk Management Analyze financial statements, cash flows, leverage, liquidity and repayment capacity. Prepare credit proposals, renewals and annual reviews. Identify credit risks and recommend appropriate mitigants and security. Monitor portfolio performance, utilization, covenants, overdue facilities and early-warning indicators. Manage deteriorating accounts and ensure compliance with approved limits and conditions. Portfolio & Profitability Management Manage portfolio quality, revenue and overall relationship profitability. Manage transactions from origination through approval, documentation and execution.<br>Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.10–15 years of banking experience, with significant exposure to Corporate / Large Corporate Banking. Proven track record managing large corporate relationships and complex financing transactions. Strong credit analysis and credit proposal writing experience. Experience with large-ticket corporate financing, syndicated facilities, project finance, structured finance or real estate finance. Qatar/GCC banking experience strongly preferred. Islamic banking experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, commercial, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
