<p>Job Summary We are looking for a Treasury Manager - Operations for a client based in Qatar. The role assists the Treasury Director in the management of cash forecasting modelling, facility agreement management, trade finance execution, banking facility management, KYC and AML management, and SAP S4 Hana implementation. Job Responsibilities: Assist the Treasury Director in Group cash flow preparation, management and reporting to senior leadership. We are looking for an Associate – Private Wealth.<br><br>Purpose of the Role<br><br>Support Relationship Directors in managing and growing client relationships, executing investment opportunities, onboarding new clients, and ensuring a high standard of client service across the Private Wealth business.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Support Relationship Directors in managing High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) client portfolios. Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing investment proposals, presentations, and portfolio reviews , Managing emails, documentation, and meeting notes for Relationship Directors Running cash flow models and portfolio analysis in Excel Drive client onboarding and coordinate KYC and account-opening processes. Follow up with clients on investment opportunities, subscriptions, redemptions, and required documentation, Tracking client pipelines, investments, and follow-ups Coordinate with Investments, Operations, Compliance, Treasury, and Legal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and transactions. Monitor client portfolios and assist in preparing periodic investment and performance reviews. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service standards. Support marketing and capital formation activities for private market and investment products. Mentor junior team members and provide support to the Client Services team when required.<br><br>Experience & Qualifications<br><br>4-7 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Corporate Banking. Strong understanding of investment products, capital markets, and alternative investments. Experience dealing with HNW and UHNW clients. Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Preferred to hold Professional qualifications such as CFA, CISI, or equivalent are considered an advantage. Advanced Excel (cash flow modelling, portfolio tracking, scenario analysis) Strong Power Point skills (client-ready presentations) Familiarity with CRM systems and portfolio management tools Understanding of private markets / alternatives (preferred) Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.<br><br>Success Factors<br><br>Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage, track, and follow up on multiple client requests and deliverables.
