Our aim is to enhance students’ skills and help develop talented graduates who can effectively contribute to a knowledge-based economy and make Qatar’s National Vision 2030 a reality.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br> Operational <br><br> Configure, maintain and troubleshoot the functional modules of Campus Solutions/HCM/Finance within the ERP Systems. Support in the analysis, design, construction, implementation and documentation of the creation of IT applications in alignment with UDST policies, in support of regular ERP business operations. Conduct Requirements analysis of Business Requirements and document them, along with designing, testing, and maintaining data processing solutions to enhance UDST ERP systems. Develop procedures, in coordination with the relevant stakeholders, to ensure the integrity of ERP system and databases are maintained. Ensure that ITIL standards, as well as external and internal regulations and policies governing data management are met. Assign appropriate access systems to users at different levels across UDST in accordance with policies, procedures and processes. Define user needs and develop data processing solutions with end users on all functional modules. Develop and implement project plans for ERP functional support tasks and ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, in coordination with the relevant stakeholders. Troubleshoot application software and database problems, and liaise with business, technical staff, and vendors for resolution of ERP issues in a timely basis. Prepare reports documenting ERP system and ensure monitoring and compliance with ITIL standards, Design and deliver training materials for UDST ERP system, in coordination with the relevant stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge with UDST mandated programming languages, applications and software and emerging IT software and development trends, and ensure design and development is current and in alignment with best practices. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br> Education and Experience: <br><br>Bachelor’s degree required in IT or related field<br><br>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT or related field<br><br> Language: <br><br>Fluency in written and spoken English language required.<br><br>Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :Lead the end-to-end delivery of the national ERP program, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and benefits. Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams including ERP implementation, business transformation, data migration, integrations, testing, change management, and go-live. Lead governance and executive reporting, including program status, risks, issues, decisions, and strategic recommendations. Act as the senior Oracle ERP and technology SME, providing expert guidance on solution architecture, integrations, data, security , and ERP design decisions. Conduct independent QA and assurance of Program Deliverables including key System Integrator deliverables and challenge proposed solutions, designs, assumptions, and technical decisions. Assess program readiness across business , architecture, data, integrations, testing, security, operational readiness, cutover, and go-live.<br> Required Experience & Qualifications Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory.12+ years of experience in technology, Oracle based ERP, program management, or digital transformation. Proven track record leading large-scale, complex ERP or digital transformation programs. Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP; Oracle ERP implementation experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in government/public-sector digital transformation, preferably at national or multi-entity level. Proven experience reviewing and assuring major technology and ERP deliverables. Experience managing large System Integrators and technology vendors. Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives, Steering Committees, and senior stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred

This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Saa S and ERP solutions, conducting discovery meetings, and understanding customers’ business processes and challenges. The consultant will prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations, coordinate solution proposals, and collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves staying current on product capabilities, market trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations and drive revenue growth.<br>Qualifications Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to map client workflows and identify areas for improvement. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, assess solution fit, and support data-driven sales decisions. Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, preferably in a consulting or pre-sales capacity. Working knowledge of Finance processes and terminology, including core accounting and reporting concepts relevant to ERP systems. Proven track record in B2B Saa S or ERP sales, with experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a client-focused and results-oriented approach. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in ERP or Saa S solutions are an advantage. Comfort working in a fast-paced media and influencer-focused environment, with adaptability to changing client needs and priorities. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of project management practices.
