The position supports the supervision consultant team by ensuring that manpower and equipment data are properly collected, verified, and reported for management and client review.</p><p><strong>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Conducts daily site visits to record and verify contractor manpower and equipment in operation as per the approved schedules.</li><li>Maintains detailed daily logs of labor attendance and equipment utilization at each site.</li><li>Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly manpower and equipment reports in Excel and other prescribed formats.</li><li>Coordinates with site engineers, contractor representatives, and supervision staff to confirm daily records.</li><li>Reviews and validates contractor-submitted time sheets and equipment logs to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Identifies and reports discrepancies or shortfalls in manpower or equipment deployment to the supervision team.</li><li>Maintains organized filing systems for attendance sheets, equipment records, and related documentation (both digital and hard copies).</li><li>Prepares summary charts, graphs, and performance indicators showing trends in manpower and equipment utilization.</li><li>Supports the supervision team in monitoring resource productivity and site progress based on verified data.</li><li>Performs other related duties as required to assist project supervision and reporting activities.</li></ul><p><strong>KEY RELATIONSHIPS:</strong></p><p><strong>Supervision Received:</strong> Site Engineer / Construction Manager / Project Controls Engineer</p><p><strong>Supervision Given:</strong> None</p><p><strong>Internal Contacts:</strong> Project supervision staff, administrative personnel, document controllers</p><p><strong>External Contacts:</strong> Contractor timekeepers, site supervisors, and equipment coordinators</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or diploma in administration, construction management, or related field is preferred.</li><li>Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience in timekeeping, manpower tracking, or similar field within a construction or consultancy environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good understanding of construction site activities and resource tracking procedures.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in both office and site environments.</li><li>Dedicated to maintaining accuracy, transparency, and timely reporting.</li></ul>
