The primary responsibilities include providing virtual counseling sessions to clients, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries. The therapist will assess client needs, create personalized treatment plans, and provide support for individuals, couples, and families. They will participate in regular feedback sessions and continue professional development to ensure high-quality care for clients.<br>Qualifications Proven skills in individual counseling, couples therapy, and family therapy Expertise in mental health assessments, client goal setting, and creating treatment plans Strong communication skills, including active listening and empathy Proficiency with digital tools used for virtual therapy, including secure video conferencing platforms Licensed therapist or equivalent certification to practice therapy legally in Qatar Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT or solution-focused therapy Ability to manage time effectively and provide support to a diverse client base Fluency in multiple languages, including Arabic, is a plus Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields Prior experience in telehealth or online therapy is strongly preferred
