Proven experience working inside agile squads as the BA counterpart to a Product Owner. Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and well-formed user stories. Bilingual capability — Arabic and English — for stakeholder workshops, documentation, and executive communication. Strong stakeholder management across business, technical, and executive audiences. <br><br>Nice to Have<br><br> Professional certification: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent. Exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or Gen AI use cases. <br><br>Responsibilities<br><br> Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement; translate them into clear functional and non-functional specifications. Author BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows (As-Is / To-Be), use cases, and requirements traceability matrices. Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog; ensure stories are well-formed, sized, and ready for sprint execution. Lead requirement reviews and walkthroughs with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and QA. Drive Fit-Gap analysis between business needs and proposed solutions; recommend process improvements and digital enablers. Maintain the requirements baseline; manage change requests, impact analysis, and version control across the program lifecycle. Define and validate acceptance criteria; support UAT planning, defect triage, and release sign-off. Produce executive-grade documentation in English and Arabic suitable for client and steering audiences. Expert knowledge of business analysis frameworks and agile delivery practices. Strong command of requirements engineering techniques: workshops, interviews, process modeling, prototyping, story mapping. Proficiency in BA tooling: Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Visio / Lucidchart / draw.io, Figma (reading). Hands-on experience producing BRDs, FRDs, RTMs, use cases, and detailed user stories. Demonstrated experience in Fit-Gap analysis, system use case reviews, and stakeholder requirements reviews.
