Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Deliver technical design and engineering services in Electrical Engineering for all assigned projects, leveraging deep expertise and hands-on experience with electrical systems in large-scale Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plants. About the Role In this role, you'll be the go-to person for maintaining and supporting distributed SCADA systems built on AVEVA System Platform across multiple tunnel sites. You'll help ensure continuity, stability, and compliance—directly contributing to the safe and seamless operation of one of Qatar's key infrastructure networks. What You'll Be Doing Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for SCADA nodes and control rooms. Troubleshoot software, communication, alarm, and system performance issues. <li>Provide input to Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) team for improving system maintenance strategies, participate and contribute to Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA's), risk screening, Risk Based Work Selection (RBWS), Formal Risk Assessment (FRA), Bad Actor Analyse, Risk Assessment and Equipment Strategies Reviews/Optimization to ensure the compliance of technical requirement.</li>
<li>Develop discipline specific budget and provide inputs to the department budget.</li>
<li>Support close collaboration with Offshore Maintenance, Workshop, Engineering and Project Management dept. for the timely close out of outstanding maintenance activities and the process review and development of maintenance procedures.</li>
<li>Support activities undertaken by contactors, consultants and service providers.</li>
<li>Execute the maintenance quality verification program.</li>
<li>Provide in house technical trainings to asset maintenance team as a part of technical competency program.</li>
<li>Conduct technical evaluation of material initiated for procurement including routine, non-routine and shutdown activities to ensure availability of right quality and specification of the material. Collaborate closely with obsoletion management team for the effective and efficient resolution of the obsolete item for critical equipment.</li>
