Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>The QA/QC Engineer provides professional technical guidance with full responsibility and accountability for ensuring effective implementation of the Quality Management System across all Offshore Department activities. The role ensures that all projects are executed in full compliance with Qatar Energy Standards, Shell DEPs, and applicable international codes and standards, as reflected in the relevant Project Quality Plans (PQPs). The position also monitors and verifies adherence to quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle to support safe, reliable, and consistent project delivery.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>15+ years’ QA/QC experience in oil & gas projects, including strong offshore exposure; minimum 5 years in a senior QA/QC role.
