Planning Engineer / Planning Consultant – Major Hospitality Development, Qatar<br>Location: Doha, Qatar (Site-based) Experience: 8–10 years Contract Duration: 6 months and extendable Visa Status: Qatar NOC / Transferable Visa preferred Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Certification: PMP preferred<br>We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer / Planning Consultant for a major mixed use development project in Qatar, working as part of the main contractor's project team.<br>Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and periodically update the project programme (baseline, current, and look-ahead schedules) using Primavera P6 and MS Project Monitor and report progress, including preparation of progress reports, S-curves, and productivity tracking Conduct critical path and resource analysis, and identify programme risks and constraints Prepare short-term (2–4 week) look-ahead programmes and coordinate with site execution teams Develop and maintain dashboards and MIS reports (Excel-based and Power BI/Primavera dashboards) for management-level progress visibility Prepare periodic planning and progress reports for submission to project management and relevant stakeholders Coordinate with Contractor's other team such as Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, Billing and site teams to ensure programme alignment with execution.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline8–10 years of experience in planning/scheduling roles on large-scale construction projects (hospitality, high-rise, or infrastructure preferred) Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel (advanced - pivot tables, dashboards, macros an advantage), and MS Office. The successful candidate will ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across our projects.<br><br>The QHSE Engineer will play a crucial role in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) plans and requirements. They will conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and deliver HSE inductions and safety programs. Additionally, they will investigate incidents and coordinate with relevant parties to maintain a safe work environment.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Implement and oversee the Project HSE Plan and client HSE requirements. Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA). Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs. Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and safe work procedures. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with clients, project management, and subcontractors on HSE matters. Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities. Stop unsafe work practices to protect personnel, property, and the environment.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Senior Software Engineer / SME – Oracle OSM, OEP & OEM<br>We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Subject Matter Expert with 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM), Oracle Order Entry Point (OEP), and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) within the telecommunications domain.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Oracle OSM 7.x/8.x cartridges and telecom order fulfilment workflows. Manage end-to-end order lifecycle, including order capture, decomposition, orchestration, fulfilment, and completion. Perform OSM installation, upgrades, configuration, and data migration activities. Develop and enhance OEP middleware components, integrations, notification frameworks, and bulk order management solutions. Build and maintain integrations with OSS/BSS platforms including UIM, ASAP, BRM, CRM, and external systems. Develop automation plug-ins, XQuery transformations, SOAP services, and Java-based solutions.
