Monitor and control property temperature. Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. driving organic growth for BSL by identifying, developing and converting new
business opportunities across HR Outsourcing, Training and Procurement
Outsourcing services. The role will proactively develop relationships with
existing and prospective customers, understand their business requirements and
work with BSL's operational functions to develop tailored solutions that

This role will be responsible for driving safety excellence, risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across large-scale EPC, installation, commissioning, startup, and handover activities.<br> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br> ✅ Lead the development and implementation of SHES strategies aligned with corporate objectives and international best practices.<br> ✅ Provide strategic SHES leadership throughout FEED, EPC, offshore installation, commissioning, startup, and project handover phases.<br> ✅ Drive governance, KPI management, performance reviews, and accountability across multiple projects.<br> ✅ Analyze portfolio-wide SHES performance and provide executive-level insights to support decision-making.<br> ✅ Direct performance dashboards, executive reporting systems, and governance metrics.<br> ✅ Champion Human Performance, Safety Leadership, and Safety Culture initiatives.<br> ✅ Maintain integrated performance management frameworks utilizing KPIs, assurance findings, lessons learned, and predictive indicators.<br> ✅ Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives through analytics, technology, and data-driven performance management.<br> ✅ Oversee critical risk management programs including:<ul><li>Major Accident Hazards (MAH)</li><li>Marine Operations</li><li>Heavy Lifting Activities</li><li>SIMOPS</li><li>Contractor Management</li><li>Life Saving Rules Compliance</li></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><br> <strong>Education</strong><br> Bachelor's Degree in:<ul><li>Safety</li><li>Health</li><li>Environmental Sciences</li><li>Security</li><li>Engineering</li><li>Related Discipline</li></ul><strong>Experience</strong><br> ✔ Minimum 10 years of SHES experience within the Oil & Gas industry.<br> ✔ Minimum 2 years in a supervisory, leadership, or oversight role.<br> ✔ Experience supporting Contractors, Service Companies, or Major Operators.<br> ✔ Proven experience within large-scale operating organizations involving Projects, Operations, or Subsurface environments.<br> <strong>Technical Skills</strong><br> ✔ Strong knowledge of SHES management systems and industry standards.<br> ✔ Experience managing high-risk project environments involving offshore and onshore operations.<br> ✔ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.<br> ✔ Strong reporting, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities.<br> ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical business applications.<br>With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
