About the Role The Security coordinator will oversee the implementation of the Shipyard Security Plan, ensuring the safety and security of all personnel and assets within the organization.<br>Responsibilities<br>To oversee and ensure implementation of Shipyard Security Plan. To ensure that all incoming visitors are coordinated and escorted by the point of contact during site visit and inspection. <li>Schedules and prioritizes deliveries of cement, drilling chemicals, diesel fuel, water, and all other bulk required by offshore locations in order to maintain production and drilling operations</li>
<li>Resolves conflicts in passenger and cargo bookings to offshore locations using computer based logistics systems such as overbooked flights and payload issues, liaising and coordinating new departure schedules between the booking personnel of each company and the heliport that will ultimately meet the requirements of each company, and to ensure that at no single time more than one logistics activity is operating at any offshore location (e.g. cargo offloading during helicopter landing).</li>

<li>Report the status of all the above on daily basis to Company Sr. Quality Engineer.</li>
<li>The job holder is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all activities related to quality management system during construction and installation phases.</li>
<li>Ensure that all works undertaken by CONTRACTOR / sub- CONTRACTORs / Vendors / Manufacturers/ Service providers, TPCA/TPIA is in accordance with project specifications, the Shell DEPs, Company corporate standards, international codes and standards, and Contract QA/QC requirements.</li>
<li>Review of Contractor/Vendors technical and quality documents, ITP's, QA/QC Procedures in Company document management system.</li>
<li>Ensuring that the Company approved project QA/QC documents are appropriately undertaken at the work sites level that include but not limited to Quality plans, Quality Control procedures, Quality Control plans, ITPs, and inspection checklists, etc.</li>
<li>Leading and coordinating the Company QC inspectors' work at fabrication, site construction, and offshore installation quality control activities with all concern parties.</li>
<li>Review their inspection reports.</li>
<li>Monitoring the main Contractor/Vendor's implementation of the approved Quality requirements and address any deficiencies. Also, Control of the Quality of main TPI/contractor/vendor's inspection personnel's work activities on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Acting as focal point for the resolution of shop / site related Quality Control issues in consultation with Company Sr. Quality Engineer and QHSE Head.</li>
<li>Control and follow-up of Contractor/Vendor's Technical deviations, material substitutions, changes to inspection and test requirements at shop/ sites/ installations.</li>
<li>Control and follow-up of Non-conformance Reports and ensure the implementation of the Corrective Action Requested and the preventive action proposed.</li>
<li>Monitoring and report Contractor's quality statistics and KPI by monitoring welding repair rate, NDE performance, status of NCR's, Audit findings, and site Surveillance findings.</li>
<li>Ensure that the Contractor / Vendor prepare, manages proper inspection & test records, and compiles test packs & dossiers/MRB for submission to Company</li>

<li>BSc, degree, or higher educational qualification in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from recognized Engineering faculty.</li>
<li>A valid CSWIP 3.2.1 or AWS Sr. welding Inspection Certificate (SCWI) and at least five - year post-certification experiences'</li>
<li>B Gas Grade 2, or NACE level II Coating inspector qualified is preferable.</li>
<li>NDT level II in RT, UT, PT& MT/ NDT qualifications against ASNT or ISO requirements.</li>
<li>Certified QMS Lead Auditor in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and having at least five - experience in auditing.</li>
<li>A good knowledge of international codes/standards EN, ISO, API, ASME and ASTM. </li>
<li>A minimum of fifteen (15) years experiences as QA/QC coordinator / QA/QC Lead, leading QC multidiscipline inspectors' team, for inspection & testing activities for a major oil and gas projects/ offshore process platforms / jackets/subsea pipeline, including all phases of manufacturing, fabrication, construction, and offshore installation / laying.</li>
<li>A minimum 5-year offshore project experience.</li>
<li>Experience in an international oil company/operator company/EPIC contractor</li>
