Job description:<br><br> Job Purpose <ul> <li>Support the delivery of crisis management asset-based programs and systems in the implementation of the Company’s overall crisis management objectives and programs including providing advisory support to relevant stakeholders to address threats, hazards, planned events, and other emergencies.</li> </ul> Job Context & Major Challenge(s) - I <ul> <li>Support the coordination of crisis management strategies, policies and procedures which follow emerging regulations, changing requirements and extended scopes within onshore and offshore assets.</li> <li>Provide portfolio guidance and program management delivery in relation to the crisis management systems of all assigned assets packages.</li> <li>Provide analytical, interpretative, and constructive thinking, with a significant degree of evaluative/professional judgment.</li> <li>Advise and support delivery of various incident command and management training for all Tier-1 Incident Command Teams, Tier-2 Incident Management Team and Tier-3 Crisis Management Team.</li> <li>Provide guidance in high pressure incident management environment and deliver required coaching to team members and QatarEnergy LNG asset leadership.</li> </ul> Key Job Accountabilities - I <ul> <li>Assist in the development and maintenance of QatarEnergy LNG Crisis Management readiness, response and recovery policies and procedures.</li> <li>Provide support for all assigned asset and projects to ensure all relevant Emergency Response Plans and related documents are in line with QatarEnergy LNG strategic crisis management guidance and is up to date.</li> <li>Plan and assist in the coordination of the QatarEnergy LNG Tier-1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 crisis management exercise program and support the required coordination of all necessary resources to deliver its success.</li> <li>Deliver performance assessments of asset Tier-1 and Tier 2 crisis management exercises and submits detailed reports to support evaluations and identified actions to ensure crisis management compliance.</li> <li>Provide operational strategic support to QatarEnergy LNG Asset and Core Response teams in the event of a disruptive incident.</li> </ul> Key Job Accountabilities - II <ul> <li>Prepare and organize the final submissions of all reports on completed exercises and analyzes any recurring critical and non-critical action items for frequency and established impact to contribute to the overall reduction of operational risk.</li> <li>Provide the bi-weekly Duty Response Manager (DRM) capability to deliver immediate activation of QatarEnergy LNG’s Incident Management Teams and/or Crisis Management Team in the event of an emergency incident.</li> <li>Ensure the operational readiness of assigned Tier-1 Incident Command Centers, Tier-2 Incident Management Centers and Tier-3 Crisis Management Centers and submit identified issues/gaps arising from the completion and submission of scheduled inspections and ready-state reports.</li> <li>Support the operational functionally of the Emergency Notification System its ability to meet an emergency incident with QatarEnergy LNG.</li> <li>Facilitate the delivery of QatarEnergy LNG Incident Command System (ICS) training including the monitoring of performance efficiency and skill gaps of both Asset and Core Response Teams.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, disaster management, engineering, business administration, or safety & risk management.</li> <li>Associate Emergency Managers (AEM) Designation.</li> <li>Incident Command System Level 100-200-300.</li> <li>Incident Command System Train-The-Trainer (TOT) Instructional Certification for ICS 100 & 200.</li> <li>Petroleum Industry Training Organisation (OPITO) Major Emergency Management Initial Response Training (MEMIR).</li> </ul> Knowledge and/or Experience - I <ul> <li>8 years of experience in the field of emergency management/ response/crisis management with preferred experience coming from employment within large oil and gas organizations.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in tactical and strategic leadership roles within varying types of crisis incidents.</li> <li>Wide-ranging knowledge of crisis/incident command and management systems including organizational crisis management competency delivery mechanisms.</li></ul>
