Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Function as a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer for a Power and Desalination Plant project, providing technical assurance over the Contractor’s civil and structural design from commencement through completion. The role requires independent technical capability to manage, review, verify and approve all civil and structural engineering deliverables associated with a power generation and desalination facility, including complex onshore and marine infrastructure.<br><br>The Senior Civil/Structural Engineer shall ensure suitability of civil and structural designs for site development, dynamic equipment foundations, very large prestressed potable water retaining structures, large‑scale drainage and earthworks, switching stations and electrical yards. Detailed design knowledge of the abovementioned facilities is required, including the ability to develop scopes of work and provide technical assurance for engineered elements.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>Minimum 15 years of relevant post‑graduate experience, of which at least 10 years shall be related to power plant, oil & gas, or other heavy industrial projects. Experience in plant site development, including roads, earthworks, complex drainage systems, utility‑scale power plants, including heavy turbines and generator foundations associated with major industrial facilities. Design experience in large prestressed potable water retaining structures, and large seawater tanks and settlement basins. Design experience in nearshore and marine civil infrastructure, including seawater intake and brine discharge systems, nearshore civil works, and coastal protection infrastructure. Experience developing scope of work for geotechnical and Topographical investigation and interpreting outcome reports. Experience providing technical support during construction phase of mega‑projects, including resolution of complex civil and structural engineering issues during execution. Experience across Concept / Feasibility, FEED, and EPIC phases. Familiarity with US and European civil/structural codes and standards. Strong technical capability, with the ability to resolve complex engineering issues independently and without reliance on third‑party intervention. Proven ability to manage time, cost and quality in engineering projects within a multiple project environment. Excellent communications and presentation skills with fluency in English. Proven experience working in multicultural teams.<br><br>Educational Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Discipline Engineering Chartered Engineer status or a postgraduate degree in a relevant field.

Also provide feedback to MRP so that cost-effective replenishment levels are maintained.<br>- Updating the item master including item specifications, Bill of Material, Spare Parts Criticality and new item codes in ERP as and when required.<br>- Responsible for the Periodic Inventory review & Changes in the buffer stock levels with the coordination of end-users.<br>- Co-ordinate with Supply Chain department and Contractors for procurement of spares to ensure the availability.<br><br>Bachelor's Engineering degree (12+4 years) in (Mechanical )<br>10 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry and<br>competency*<br>Hands-on experience of the Work order part of EAM (enterprise asset<br>maintenance) module of SAP would be preferable. Competency and work Strong technical background and maintenance field experience. Experience in daily maintenance planning. <p>Initiate and gain approval for work permits to facilitate the execution of assigned tasks in compliance with COMPANY safety requirements. Conduct toolbox meeting to discuss scheduled work activities and ensure correct tools and safety equipment are available prior to commencement of work. Carry out the assigned day-to-day routine and non-routine maintenance jobs in the Automation systems installed in COMPANY. Ensure that the work is completed on time, meeting COMPANY quality standards. Carry out ICS computer maintenance including Antivirus and Microsoft Security Patch update, operating system configurations, basic troubleshooting of hardware/software issues. Ensure Automation assets are maintained in compliance with the COMPANY cyber security requirements. Support the installation, testing and Commissioning activities of ICS projects / upgrades. Ensure good housekeeping to secure the cleanliness of the workplace. Comply with COMPANY Life Saving Rules as per "PSa-001 Life Saving Rule" Document. Establish and implement various maintenance schedules for the automation systems as recommended by OEM. Supervise the work of staff for conformity, good engineering practices, international standards, functional safety, and Cyber Security compliance. Execute and support various Automation Projects, prepare cost proposal and coordinate - engineering tasks, planning, procurement, manpower hiring, erection & commissioning. Work closely with all stake holders and vendor representatives, conduct necessary project meetings and acceptance tests. Follow company procedures for change management. Planning, prioritization, execution and monitoring of engineering activities to ensure compliance to sound engineering principles and practices. Develop new control strategies for enhanced controllability and energy optimization. Implement and regularly follow up the Cyber security controls and compliance requirements set by the company to protect the automation assets and to ensure business continuity. Analyze, determine root-cause, and recommend remedial solutions for problems referred from line maintenance teams. Continuously monitor and optimize the work process and execution. Exchange knowledge with colleague Engineers.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's Engineering degree in in Instrumentation / Electronics discipline (12+4 years)</p><p>Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in Industrial Control Systems in Petrochemical or Fertilizer industries.</p><p>Hands-on Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience of industrial automation system such as DCS/ESD Control systems, Turbo Machinery Control and Protection Systems, Cyber Security guidelines and networking etc.</p><p>Engineer and Supervisor shall have knowledge of and ability to communicate effectively in written English and spoken English and to write business or technical reports effectively in English language.</p><p>Technicians shall have working level proficiency of Read, Write, speak and Understand competency in English language.</p>

<p>Ability to review and assess Contractor’s baseline master programmes and detailed submissions/revisions, including zoning, WBS structure, contractual compliance, BoQ analysis, scope compliance, sequencing, critical path analysis, cost loading and distribution, production rates, duration analysis, resource loading, activity coding, schedule log, etc.
