Job Summary:Responsible for ensuring smooth workflow across the full process from tendering, production, logistics, and site installation, acting as the link between suppliers, technical team, factory team, and project managers covering the continuous follow-up to speed-up the processes (work-flow) of tendering, sales order/ contract signature, advance payment receipt, material allocation & logistics, production, delivery, installation, invoicing and collection of due amounts activities, in addition to oversee daily administrative works.<br>Key Responsibilities:Administrative Task:1. Site Operations & Installation Liaise with clients, site team and contractors to expedite the resolving of any issues with concerned parties.6. Team & Communication Management Follow-up and expedite the technical team for speeding-up the works. Act as the liaison between suppliers, technical, factory, and site teams. <p>Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant Subject

The role will support the integrity, safety, reliability and environmental performance of facilities while reviewing corrosion-related requirements for new projects and modifications.<br> <br>Contract duration: 24months to 36 months initial contract duration.<br> Onshore Base.<br> NFPS Compression project prefers candidates with Offshore experience.<br> <br>Minimum Requirements<br>Review material and design requirements for new projects and modifications, including corrosion monitoring and control programs.<br>Develop and implement corrosion control and monitoring programs covering:<br>Cathodic protection<br>Protective coatings and linings<br>Chemical inhibition<br>Corrosion monitoring systems<br>Conduct corrosion monitoring, prevention activities and corrosion investigations.<br>Monitor Integrity Operating Windows affecting corrosion and equipment life and provide recommendations to Operations.<br>Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for corrosion-related studies, investigations and contracts.<br>Review technical reports and test results related to corrosion control, chemical selection and failure analysis.<br>Develop coating and painting requirements for pipelines, structures, equipment and tanks.<br>Provide recommendations on coating systems, application procedures and quality control requirements.<br>Inspect coating conditions and coordinate with inspectors to ensure appropriate quality control.<br>Provide technical advice on corrosion engineering to internal teams, vendors, consultants and other external stakeholders.<br>Develop and maintain corrosion and integrity-related procedures, standards, processes and best practices.<br>Develop and implement corrosion engineering programs for offshore and onshore facilities, pipelines, process plants, storage facilities and export/loading facilities.<br>Review corrosion engineering reports, test results and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.<br>Perform risk assessments related to corrosion and equipment integrity.<br>Provide technical expertise in corrosion control and mitigation methods, including chemical treatment, cathodic protection, material selection, protective coatings, linings and corrosive process conditions.<br>Raise and manage technical change requests related to corrosion studies, cathodic protection, coatings and linings.<br>Liaise with operations, maintenance, engineering, HSE, inspection, procurement and other relevant departments on corrosion-related matters.<br>Support the evaluation of corrosion service providers, laboratories, consultants and specialist contractors.<br> <br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Metallurgical or Materials Engineering.<br><br>Experience & Technical Knowledge<br>Minimum 6 years of experience in corrosion control and mitigation within the Oil & Gas industry.<br>Strong knowledge and practical experience in:<br>Chemical inhibition<br>Corrosion monitoring<br>Material selection<br>Corrosion and material degradation mechanisms<br>Failure analysis<br>Sour service<br>Protective coatings and linings<br>Cathodic protection<br>Experience with corrosion systems and plant facilities involving sour feed gas and exposure to marine environments, including utilities facilities.<br>Good knowledge of national and local regulations, international codes and standards, statutory requirements, NDT and inspection techniques.<br>Experience in corrosion management within both onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities is preferred.<br><br>Skills & Competencies<br>Good written and spoken English.<br>Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.<br>Ability to interpret technical data, reports and investigation findings.<br>Good interpersonal and communication skills.<br>Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.<br>Computer literate.<br>Ability to work independently and provide sound technical recommendations.<br>Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.<br><br>People are our business worldwide<br> <br>Orion Group was founded in 1987 and is now one of the largest, independent, international recruitment companies.
