Track and report on recruitment expenditures to assist with budget management and financial reporting. Job Description<br><br>The NOC Team Leader is responsible for leading and controlling day-to-day 24x7 Network Operations Center activities to ensure continuous monitoring, timely incident response, service restoration, SLA achievement and effective operational communication for Malomatia managed-services customers. The role provides technical and operational leadership to NOC engineers, acts as the primary shift/operational escalation point, coordinates major incidents with resolver groups and customer stakeholders, and ensures that events, incidents, service requests and changes are handled in accordance with agreed ITIL processes, SOPs and contractual requirements. The Team Leader also drives ticket quality, shift discipline, knowledge management, operational reporting, team capability and continuous service improvement.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br> Lead and supervise the NOC team during assigned operations and ensure effective 24x7 service coverage, shift readiness, workload allocation and proper handover between shifts. Ensure continuous monitoring of customer infrastructure, networks, systems, cloud services, applications and other in-scope configuration items using approved monitoring and observability platforms. Act as the first operational and technical escalation point for NOC engineers and provide guidance for event validation, troubleshooting, impact assessment, ticket classification and escalation. The role will be responsible for <strong>field operation, monitoring, startup/shutdown, troubleshooting, equipment isolation, and process surveillance</strong> of SRU, TGTU, ARU, SWS and associated sulfur-handling systems.</p><br>
<p>The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with <strong>Claus process operations</strong>, including reaction furnaces, waste heat boilers, sulfur condensers, reheaters, catalytic reactors, tail-gas treatment systems, incinerators, pumps, compressors, blowers and heat exchangers. Experience with <strong>acid-gas handling, H₂S/SO₂ ratio control, sulfur recovery optimization, process troubleshooting and abnormal situation handling</strong> is highly desirable.</p><br>

<p><strong>Role Objective: </strong>To ensure that all design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities are executed in accordance with the Contract Documents, approved drawings, project specifications, Company standards, requirements, applicable statutory regulations and the approved Quality Management System, while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.</p><br> <p><strong>4.1 </strong><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><br> <ul><li>Review and monitor the Contractor's Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements and quality procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Review material submittals, technical submittals and manufacturers' documentation to verify compliance with approved specifications before procurement and installation.</li><li>Monitor and witness inspections for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, ELV, fire protection and specialist systems to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Conduct regular site quality inspections, identify quality deficiencies, issue observations and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Review Requests for Inspection (RFIs), material delivery inspections and factory acceptance documentation to ensure only approved materials and workmanship are incorporated into the project.</li><li>Monitor compliance with approved mock-ups, sample panels and benchmark installations before commencement of full production works.</li><li>Review laboratory testing reports, third-party inspection reports, testing and commissioning procedures, Test, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) reports and integrated system testing documentation.</li><li>Verify completion of snagging, de-snagging and punch list activities prior to Practical Completion and Final Handover.</li><li>Participate in quality audits, progress meetings, technical coordination meetings and site inspections with Company, consultants and contractors.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive quality records, inspection registers, NCR logs, quality statistics and project documentation.</li><li>Assist in the review of payment applications by confirming the quality and completion status of executed works.</li><li>Promote continual improvement initiatives and ensure full implementation of the Project Quality Management System throughout all phases of the project<ol><li><strong>General Responsibilities in Quality, Environmental & Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems </strong><ol><li>Aware of the QHSE Management System.</li><li>Understand the importance of conformance to the QHSE Policy and procedures and to the requirements of QHSE management system.</li><li>Aware of the Customer Requirements (where relevant).</li><li>Aware of the Significant Environmental Aspects and Occupational Hazards / risk in this area of operation.</li><li>Understand the potential consequences of deviations from approved procedures, specifications and safety requirements.</li><li>Aware of current Objectives and Targets in this area and what is the current status.</li><li>Aware of mergency Preparedness & Response.</li><li>Aware of Security Requirements, sexual exploitation and abuse or gender based violence.</li></ol></li></ol></li></ul> <p><strong>Part 5.
