<li>Participate and provide necessary inputs for Startup Readiness, Lessons learnt, Formal Risk Assessment (FRA), Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) from QA/QC perspective.</li>
<li>Review and provide technical input on the Scope of Work (SOW) for Maintenance contracts related to repair and modification works, performing Technical Bid evaluations for the contracts, review and approve all Contractor documents and ensure compliance to QA/QC requirements during execution including shutdowns.</li>
<li>Carry out technical audits as requested on suppliers and contractors Quality Management Systems and provide technical evaluation and recommendation. Perform follow up for the observations and corrective actions.</li>

<p>Monitor servers, network devices, applications, cloud services, databases, and storage infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools.
Continuously monitor system availability, performance, capacity, and service health.
Identify, validate, and analyze monitoring alerts and events to distinguish genuine incidents from false positives.
Perform first-level troubleshooting and conduct initial impact assessments.
Create, update, track, and manage incident tickets within the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
