Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Monitor food quality while preparing food. Set-up and break down work station. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.<br>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Proven experience managing collections related to tenant receivables, lease agreements, rental income, service charges, and retail leasing portfolios. Minimum 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role overseeing collections within mall, retail, or commercial real estate environments. Demonstrated success in managing relationships with retail tenants, anchor tenants, F&B operators, entertainment operators, and corporate clients. Strong understanding of retail leasing, property management operations, tenant billing, and revenue recovery processes. Experience developing and implementing collection strategies that improve cash flow, reduce aged receivables, and minimize bad debt exposure. Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting, collections analytics, and advanced Excel. Excellent negotiation, dispute resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to collections, contracts, and tenancy agreements within the GCC. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in Credit or Finance are an advantage. Experience with major shopping mall operators, retail asset owners, property developers, or mixed-use destinations is highly preferred.<br>Preferred Experience07+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Revenue Management. Prior experience supporting large-scale commercial assets, retail destinations, shopping centres, mixed-use developments, or diversified real estate portfolios. Experience managing significant receivable portfolios with multiple tenant and corporate customer relationships. GCC experience, preferably within Qatar, UAE, or Saudi Arabia.
