<p>Develop and implement the company s extensive pipeline pigging programs, across all assets to achieve the company objectives towards pipeline integrity and pipeline reliability within an optimized budget that is within the confines of minimum disturbance to base business activities.</p><p>Reports to Head of Pipeline & Subsea. Direct reports: None. Internal Frequent contact with both onshore and offshore Operations, Logistics, Engineering and Maintenance departments. Periodic contact with Allocation & Planning, and Supply departments. External Frequent contact with third party service providers and contractors.</p><p>Require to facilitate maintenance & inspection pigging campaigns throughout each year to validate pipeline integrity including campaign planning and execution, whilst overseeing both contractor and the offshore/onshore interfaces with operations and maintenance. Achieve onshore and offshore operation/maintenance team s alignments on the pigging activities and program timing to minimize base business disturbance.</p><p>Ensure all activities are undertaken in compliance with Company Safety, Health and Environment and Quality policies, regulations and standards.</p><p>Contribute to the development of Qatari employees. This accountability is a condition of employment for expatriate employees.</p><p>Direct the implementation of the company pipeline pigging programs to ensure each program is completed safely, efficiently and in alignment with company policies and procedures. Analyse each pigging program, to identify potential for procedural updates or improvements, tool improvements or for any optimization of planning or execution. Ensure campaign planning and execution, lessons learned, and contractor interface requirements are all documented including involvement with the Major Project installation of remote techno plug installations for pipeline isolations, e.g., cleaning/bi-di, calliper, and other specifics. Conduct first pass review and assessment of the ILI pigging report/results and lead the follow-up with contractor until the final report is issued. Verify the Pipeline Corrosion Monitoring program, including monthly fluid analysis (CI residuals, chlorides, TSS, iron content, etc.), data collection, data analysis, reporting and follow-up.</p><p>Appraise other technical and project groups on the pipeline integrity and corrosion monitoring programs and provide follow-up support and guidance to NFPS and NFE projects as requested by management. Formulate proposals for continuous improvement of the Pipeline Integrity Management System, including technology enhancements, work process efficiencies and cost optimization to ensure best in class performance. Maintain and update all pigging program historical data, catalogue and communicate the pigging reports to all concerned parties. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in signage production, fabrication, graphic finishing, and installation.<br><br>The role involves working on a variety of commercial and retail signage projects, including illuminated signs, 3D channel letters, lightboxes, vinyl graphics, ACP cladding, directional signage, and branding installations.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Fabricate, assemble, finish, and install indoor and outdoor signage. Read and interpret technical drawings, production layouts, and installation plans. Measure, cut, assemble, and finish signage components using appropriate tools and equipment. Prepare substrates and surfaces for accurate vinyl application. Apply self-adhesive vinyl graphics to acrylic, glass, metal, composite panels, and vehicles. Mount, laminate, trim, and finish printed graphics according to project specifications. Install illuminated signs, 3D channel letters, lightboxes, directional signage, and commercial branding elements. Perform ACP cladding installation and associated finishing work where required. Carry out site installations while following applicable workplace safety procedures. Inspect completed installations for quality, accuracy, alignment, and finish. Coordinate with production and installation teams to meet project deadlines. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and organized work area. <br><br>Required Skills & Qualifications<br><br>4–5 years of relevant signage fabrication and installation experience. Experience working on commercial, retail, advertising, or corporate signage projects. Strong practical knowledge of vinyl application, graphic finishing, and signage assembly. Hands-on experience with illuminated signs, channel letters, lightboxes, and ACP cladding. Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation layouts. Familiarity with workshop tools, fabrication equipment, and installation methods. Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Basic English communication skills.
