Ability to design effective lesson planning that aligns with curriculum standards and supports diverse learner needs. Excellent communication skills to engage students, collaborate with colleagues, and interact professionally with parents and school leadership. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Science Education, or a related field; a teaching license or certification is highly preferred.
