<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><br><p>In this role, you will act as a focal point for customer technical support, including service contracts, projects, and technical solutions. Emerson’s DeltaV system.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills fluent in English.</li><li>Experience in DCS / PLC programming: Creation of Customized Function blocks, Sequences, Calculations and Equations implementation, logical relations, Process control, Alarm Management, and Process Graphics Development.</li><li>Experience in Modbus serial / OPC Communications / PI and Bus Technologies (Fieldbus, Profibus, AS-i bus, DeviceNet). </li><li>Experience with On-site implementation of DeltaV / Cybersecurity Projects, testing and commissioning and service execution.</li><li>Experience in Construction and site with exposure to loop checking, installation and problem solving of transmitters, pressure switches, level switches, control valves, F&G detectors, flow meters and motorized valves.</li><li> A self-motivated, proactive individual with high achievement drive and initiative, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good Job Purpose Apply the acquired knowledge and experience in developing methods and processes to prevent, or reduce, the likelihood or frequency of failures in I&E systems and assets.<br>Accountabilities Day to Day Accountabilities: (for I&E Reliability Engineer with major Experience in Electrical) Advise and assist Maintenance I&E Engineers, electricians and production supervisors on complex electrical repairs and troubleshooting methodologies. Develop and implement Reliability strategies by utilizing conventional techniques such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Preventive and Predictive maintenance (PPM) strategies, and other industry accepted reliability techniques to analyse Electrical equipment failures and produce cost effective strategies to ensure safe and reliable operation of the plant. Carry out detailed engineering calculations using ETAP (Load Flow, Short Circuit, Motor Starting, Protection Relays Selectivity and Coordination) and develop drawings including Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams, Cable Schedules, Interconnection drawings, electrical equipment data sheets etc. Implement Mechanical Integrity & Quality Assurance best practices. Work with other concerned departments to develop & execute appropriate Quality Assurance (QA) practices and develop a mechanism to assess the effectiveness of QA practices. Proactively identify Electrical Equipment Reliability Issues and develop engineering solutions for chronic and sporadic equipment reliability problems. Work with technical, production and maintenance departments to implement solutions. Lead Reliability Improvement efforts of the plant from the platform of Reliability Improvement Teams(RITs). Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis to identify various failure modes and recommend strategies to help improve I&E equipment reliability. Evaluate RCA reports, criticality studies, equipment strategies, and risk assessments on equipment to ensure consistency and compliance with company procedures and policies. Evaluate facility incidents that affect reliability and ensure that appropriate RCAs are performed. Assist in tracking RCA findings and completing action items in a timely manner. Reviews equipment specs/designs to ensure equipment can meet reliability objectives. Participate as a technical adviser on capital projects and turnarounds. Participates in the MOCs and PSSRs of new installations to assure adherence to functional specifications. Act as subject matter expert (SME) in performing root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and provides expertise to the RCA teams as required. Review and optimize ITPMs for functionally critical Electrical power distribution equipment. Ensure compliance to Chevron Project Engineering Standards for all changes pertaining to IPS Equipment Ensure Compliance to Qatar Energy Measurement Guidelines Streamline the FSA (Functional Safety Assessment) requirements at the various stages of the SIS Lifecycle Reviews equipment specs/designs to ensure equipment can meet reliability objectives. Job Description<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Security Consultant to join our Cybersecurity Practice. In this role, you will work closely with our cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to design, implement, and operate security controls across the Microsoft security stack to protect our clients' cloud and hybrid environments.<br><br>Your responsibilities will include deploying and configuring Microsoft Defender (including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Office 365, and Defender for Identity) and Microsoft Purview for data governance, data loss prevention, information protection, insider risk management, and compliance. You will assess existing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, identify security gaps, harden configurations against established baselines, and continuously monitor these platforms to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.<br><br>You will support the secure adoption of Microsoft cloud services across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments, configuring policies and controls that align with organizational requirements, industry standards (such as the Microsoft Cloud Security Benchmark, CIS, and NIST), and Qatari regulatory requirements. contracts.</span></li><li><span>Effective technical and practical engineering skills, and able to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its clients.</span></li><li><span>A good working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the Instrumentation & Control discipline, and the basic requirements of other disciplines.</span></li><li><span>A good working knowledge of applicable local standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.</span></li><li><span>Competent in the use of relevant software and Instrumentation & Control discipline specific software.</span></li><li><span>Good design experience on systems such as DCS, ESD, FF, SCADA, Foundation Fieldbus, Telecoms and F&G systems. </span></li><li><span>Familiarity with SHELL DEPs, BP recommend practices and International codes and standards.</span></li><li><span>Shall be conversant with MS office. Valve sizing calculations, flow element sizing calculations.</span></li><li><span>Exposure to Intools, experience in SPI and SIL studies and ability to provide input to control and shutdown narrative would be added advantage. </span></li></ul> <p><span><strong>Industry Specific Experience:</strong> </span></p><br><ul><li><span>Minimum 8 years Instrumentation & Control engineering experience in oil and gas for offshore and onshore projects</span></li><li><span>Minimum of 8 years engineering experience in the same or similar industry, including experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams. </span></li><li><span>Good knowledge of discipline design/engineering with sufficient experience in different discipline areas.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:</strong></span></p><br><ul><li><span>Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering from an accredited university</span></li><li><span>MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement.
