Job Summary <br> <p>The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in protecting the Group’s interests in all litigations. The incumbent will assume responsibility for assisting in providing sound legal advice across the Group in respect of all litigations. Provide support on business lines so that they can exercise their activities while maintaining risks and legal costs. </p><br></li><li><p>Contribute to the preparation of the weekly, quarterly and annual returns for executive management on the activities of the Legal Department. </p><br></li><li><p>Handle and follow up the documents translation when needed </p><br></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain an accurate and updated cases register, cases report and invoices report as per the agreed format. </p><br></li><li><p>Follow up all cases with external lawyers, get updates and add the same to the relevant reports. </p><br></li><li><p>Carry out a quick review of the Cases Report twice a month, highlight hearing dates in past and follow up with the external lawyers to get update </p><br></li><li><p>Update the cases report with case summary for all cases filed against the bank. </p><br></li><li><p>Update the cases report with any new update/action advised to us by the external lawyer or internal departments (e.g. hearing sessions, actions taken, if settlement agreement is requested/registered at the court, request for closing a case, etc...) </p><br></li></ul><p>D. <p><b>Job Description </b>: Parsons is seeking a Deputy Project Director / Associate Director to support the Project Director in the successful delivery of the Site Supervision Consultancy Services for a luxury hospitality and entertainment development in Qatar. The development is a state-of-the-art entertainment hub, set to attract millions of visitors annually with its immersive experiences and diverse attractions. The Deputy Project Director will oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of construction supervision activities across the Theme Park, Entertainment, Retail, Hospitality, Residential, and associated development packages. The role will ensure effective supervision of construction works, contract administration, quality assurance, HSE compliance, testing & commissioning, and handover activities while maintaining close coordination between the Client, Contractor, designers, operators, authorities, and other project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:<br>Lead the end-to-end tendering and estimation process. Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions. Assess project risks and support bid/no-bid decisions. Develop accurate cost estimates covering materials, equipment, subcontractors, and manpower. Manage and mentor Estimation Managers and QS teams. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure competitive and profitable bid submissions. Provide project handover support to project teams after award .<br>Requirements:<br>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role. GCC experience is an advantage. Strong expertise in estimation, tendering, cost management, and contract documentation. Experience with EPC, construction, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects. Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office, and SAP/ERP systems preferred. Lead, coach and manage the Doha sales team, setting individual targets, monitoring pipelines and ensuring strong conversion performance. Develop and execute broker engagement and lead-generation strategies, including launches, events, roadshows and international sales activities.
