<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Training Manager should be able to provide effective leadership for the delivery and management of all Continuing Airworthiness training activities from the TTF. The post holder should be able to lead and manage a skilled and knowledgeable workforce, for the purpose of deploying fit for purpose training solutions, whilst maximising operational efficiency and minimising costs. They may also be required to carry out additional or alternative tasks from time to time, subject to holding the appropriate level of competency. Manage and lead training activities including bids, data management, facilities, trainers, examinations, training records and course scheduling. Manage the evaluation of training design and delivery ensuring all continuous improvements are embedded. Manage and lead the BAE Systems and BSL Mandated Training schedule, training records and course scheduling.
