Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for gardens, lawns, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and green spaces. Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate the landscaping team to ensure high performance and productivity. Plan seasonal planting programs, floral displays, and landscape enhancements that align with the property's standards. Monitor the health of plants, trees, and turf, implementing pest and disease control measures when required. Manage irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage and optimal landscape health.
