Reports directly to the Laundry Services Supervisor. Laundry Services Lead may share some of the same duties as their subordinates. Provides daily oversight of laundry staff and may be required to train newly employed laundry workers and provide expert answers to the questions of workers and patrons. Responsibilities + Oversee the laundry facilities and staff(direct and subcontracted) + Providing excellent customer service + Assist with exchange of linen to services members and guest + Provide guidance and supervision to workers + Able to evaluate services provided and report to Laundry Supervisor + Ensure to maintain and monitor the production schedule, documentation and established standards within allowable time limits + Reports any maintenance and or service-related issues and problems + Provide data applicable to daily reports needed by leadership + Performs other duties and assignments as required Qualifications + Education / Certifications: + Minimum Qualifications: + Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license + Must be Other Country National (OCN) + Experience: + High school diploma preferred, but not required + Laundry Attendant experience a plus. Custodial background and basic knowledge of hazardous chemicals and there use in the Leads area of responsibility + Program Specific Requirements: + Must be able to communicate and coordinate activities with a multi-national and culturally diverse work force. + Possess knowledge of safety and environmental issues as they relate to Laundry Facility Support & Management. + Accustomed to dealing at executive level. + Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Under the authority of the Client HSE-SA/Representative, ensures the export vessel safely transits through the Al Shaheen Field and the mooring/unmooring is executed in a safe and consistent manner as per relevant international and Client standards and in compliance with Al Shaheen Port Regulations and/or anyother Client procedures.<br>General Tasks:Reports to the Company's HSE-SA. Demonstrates an incident-free mindset & shall comply with Company's list of 10 important rules Performs any tasks within the gambit of the contract as delegated by the Company's HSE-SA and / or Company's representative. Is responsible for maintaining up to date JSA’s and risk assessments. When requested, performs inspections of terminal assets as per Terminal procedures. Responsible for common marine team’s activities and performance’s including their adherence towards Company's HSE policies. Is responsible for FSO support boats introduction to the field including all export related procedures and processes Familiarizes and complies with all Company's rules and regulations as stated in the Company's CMS. Familiarises and complies with all Terminal related processes and procedures Familiarises and complies with all applicable national and international statutory laws. Familiarises and complies with all applicable maritime legislation as per IMO. Familiarises and complies with all applicable OPITO & IMCA standards.<br>In charge of the Common Marine Team (CMT) on each FSO which is composed of 2 Mooring Masters, 1 Mooring Master Assistant, 1 Lead Swimmer, 1 Mechanical Technician, 1 Swimmer, 2 terminal VTS operators, 1 Rigging Supervisor, 1 Rope Access Supervisor, 1 Rope Access Technician and 1 Coxswain.<br>Duties of the CMT are:• Export Vessel Pilotage• Mooring/Unmooring Export Vessels• Export hose connection/disconnection• Level One Maintenance of:SPM & Mooring Hawser Mooring fitting spares & Mooring Masters Toolbox Tandem Hawser Floating hoses<br>The list of the above enumerated tasks and responsibilities is a summary and indicative. Assists HSE-SA/Representative in performing audit of the AHTs chartered by Company to work for the FSO activities. Ensures that all Company Procedures and Policies are adhered to. Ensures that all relevant Legislation and Regulations are adhered to. Ensures that all Client Standard Operating Procedures and Regulations are adhered to. Completes all works to the Client's satisfaction.<br>During any emergency when requested by the Company and or the Company's representative/HSE-SA, performs any tasks as may be required of them. Participates to QHSE audits (internal & external).<br>Working Hours: 12h, 7 days per week Rotation: 4 weeks on/ 4 weeks off<br>Certificates:IMO STCW 95 deck officer class 1 certificate, unlimited Bridge Team Resource Management Duties to fulfil on tankers (gas or oil as appropriate; STCW V/1 §2) Pilotage certificate or license issued by the National Competent Authority of the country or area Record of Pilotage Training Simulator training Testing gas in enclosed spaces BST/HUET or BOSIET<br>Qualifications: Technical certificates or relevant nautical studies<br>Experience:Minimum of 30 months on-board service as senior deck officer (Chief Officer or above) on board a seagoing AFRA MAX tankers or larger, or on-board seagoing gas tanker or larger, as appropriate. Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, packages, and event solutions in line with the hotel's commercial strategy. Follow up proactively on enquiries and proposals to maximize conversion opportunities. Conduct property and event space site inspections for prospective clients and event organizers. Present the hotel's meeting rooms, event venues, facilities, catering options, and other relevant services confidently and effectively. Negotiate rates and commercial terms within approved guidelines to secure business while protecting the hotel's revenue objectives. Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed business and ensure accurate documentation of all event details. Develop and maintain relationships with existing corporate accounts, event organizers, agencies, wedding planners, associations, and other relevant partners. Identify opportunities for repeat business, additional events, referrals, and account development. Support proactive sales activities, including client visits, sales calls, networking events, trade shows, and industry activities. Identify potential business opportunities within the local corporate, social, government, association, and events markets. Maintain regular communication with key accounts and ensure a strong understanding of their business and event requirements. Support the development of long-term client relationships that generate recurring Conference & Events business. Ensure all confirmed events are accurately captured and documented within the hotel's systems. Prepare complete and accurate event documentation, including proposals, contracts, function details, and client requirements. Conduct an effective handover of confirmed business to the Conference & Events and Operations teams. Ensure all relevant commercial commitments, client preferences, special requests, and contractual requirements are clearly communicated. Follow up with clients after events to obtain feedback, strengthen relationships, and identify future business opportunities. Support the team in resolving any commercial or client-related matters arising before, during, or after an event. Support the achievement of Conference & Events revenue, occupancy, and conversion targets. Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are actively followed up and progressed. Maximize revenue through appropriate upselling and cross-selling of meeting spaces, accommodation, food and beverage, and other hotel services. Maintain awareness of demand patterns, market conditions, competitor activity, and relevant pricing trends. Provide feedback to the Sales and Revenue teams regarding market opportunities, lost business, competitor activity, and client expectations. Ensure all commercial activity is conducted within the hotel's approved pricing, contracting, and credit policies. Work closely with Conference & Events, Banqueting, Culinary, Front Office, Reservations, Revenue Management, Finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless client journey. Maintain clear and timely communication with operational teams regarding confirmed events and client requirements. Participate in event planning and internal meetings where required to ensure alignment between the client's expectations and operational delivery. Support the team in delivering a consistent luxury experience from the initial sales interaction through to event completion. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of enquiries, accounts, opportunities, proposals, and confirmed events. Monitor the status of enquiries and ensure appropriate follow-up is completed within agreed timelines. Prepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports as required. Maintain accurate client and account information within the hotel's CRM and relevant systems. Previous experience within a luxury hotel or five-star hospitality environment would be an advantage. Strong understanding of the local corporate and events market is preferred. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to maximize revenue. Confident in conducting client meetings, site inspections, presentations, and commercial discussions. <p>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
Lead the fabrication team and provide necessary support to operation and maintenance team for safe and reliable plant operation. PRV/Valve overhauling and testing. Pressure testing. Hose inspection and Shop Management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
People Management
Monitor the activities and work performed by direct reports to ensure that it is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, in line with the business plans, and company policies and procedures.
Ensure Direct Hires /Baseload / Call-off Contractors comply with all company policies, procedures, Standard Maintenance Procedures, and Daily Instructions.
Maintain good communications between Supervisor and Production/Technical personnel.
Provide professional Leadership/direction to Technicians to complete the tasks with safety and quality.
Assist in certification process of workers assigned through training department.
Routine Duties
Perform PM of all equipment’s and tools and bring any abnormalities to the attention of Supervisor immediately and take necessary corrective actions.
Carry out all assessment of job plan including JSA, review and acknowledge drawings, understands recommendations to repair parts that arrive in Valve shop.
Coordinate with ERG, production, safety, technical departments from reliability, QA /QC point of view related to Valve shop.?
Ensure that all PRV maintenance/testing are performed in compliance with the ERG recommendations/policies.
Manage and maintain the workshop PRD testing and lapping device equipment.
Ensure that the technicians are qualified to perform the assigned tasks.
Ensure the right spare parts are used for any job.
Ensure that all hydro testing/pneumatic testing are performed as per the procedures and in compliance with the ERG recommendations.
Maintain proper records of pressure testing tasks.
Role model for safe behaviour and takes initiative to look for areas for improvement and implementing solutions in workshop.?
Coordinate with workshop supervisor in providing specifications, SOW etc. & assist in technical evaluations related to workshop activities.
Must use SAP functionality to acknowledge and execute scheduled jobs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support emergency planned SD’s and TA related to valve shop in workshop activities.
Should be able to develop, review / revise procedures related to Valve Shop activities.
Take part in Internal/External & field audits as assigned and to complete audit action items before due dates.
Support in achieving the department metrics.
Ability to make necessary adjustments with minimum of Supervision, trouble shoot equipment problems, recommend solutions, resolve root cause, record/report findings.
Provide necessary support to Workshop Supervisor for smooth functioning of tool crib and Machine shop.
Issue Permit in and around Workshop area under workshop ownership.
Maintain good housekeeping and order in the workshop.

Education
Required: Diploma in Engineering.

Your day to day<br><br>Ensure that the hotel’s standards of cleanliness, hygiene, security and presentation are in maintained all assigned rooms. Perform cleaning duties in guest apartments in accordance with the status or the guest’s stay. Inspect and clean all facilities, furniture and fixtures, and report any damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping coordinator, for action and follow up. Attend to guests’ requests and queries courteously and promptly in the course of performing duties. Complete all information on the Allocation Sheet for all assigned rooms, marking status, linen replaced and special requests. Complete the Allocation sheet with the time commenced servicing the room, any running that is required, times that DND signs were placed on the door and record any maintenance issues. Report to the Housekeeping Supervisor any unusual incidents, complaints, unauthorized persons in rooms, missing or damaged hotel property, and lost and found items. Clean, tidy and vacuum the housekeeping pantries, ensure pantry doors are kept locked at all times and lights out when not in use. Stack all stocks neatly in the pantry. Sign out, sign in, and restock correctly the cleaning bucket. Maintain in good working order all equipment allocated for cleaning on a daily basis. Vacuum guest floor corridors as assigned and keep then clean throughout the day including dusting, spot marking and polishing. Maintain the vacuum cleaners in good working condition with each vacuum cleaner to be returned daily fully cleaned and in working order. All breakages to be reported to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Maintain maximum security of guest information on work sheets by keeping inside the guest room at all times and by not opening any room door for either guests or employees. Notify to the Housekeeping Coordinator all DND rooms by 14.00 hrs. every day. Report any lost Master Keys to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately. Use the chemicals provided in accordance with the Material Data Sheets provided. Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Manager or Supervisor. Take necessary action by highlighting and reporting to immediate Supervisor in case of any lapse and/or deficiency.</p><p>To provide, with full responsibility and accountability, a technical service to Corporation in the areas of Health and Safety during EPIC stage to ensure contractor(s) compliance with HSE plan, HSE risk register, policies, procedures, and regulations.</p><p>Carries out duties and responsibilities for all areas of work covered in HSE aspects of Major Projects.</p><p>Ensures adherence by contractor personnel to HSE policies, procedures and regulations with respect to active / passive fire safety systems, special protection systems, life safety and fire risk assessment, safety studies / reviews, security systems, emergency response programs, emergency lighting and communication systems. etc.</p><p>Responsible for monitoring related activities within project sites and conducting daily inspection and ensuring the work being carried out is in line with approved JSA, Risk Assessment, and Method Statement and approved Permit to Work System.</p><p>Responsible for identifying and implementing risk reduction measures in all areas and phases of construction.</p><p>Participate and assist in checking and reviewing method statements, JSA's, safety certifications and other related documents submitted by contractors/ project consultants.</p><p>To take necessary action by highlighting and reporting to immediate Supervisor in case of any lapse and/or lagging.</p><p>Participate and provide input to Sr. HSE Engineer for the implementation of Project HSE Performance Monitoring, HSE Objectives and Initiatives, HSE related procedures, guidelines, standards and policies to ensure Project activities are conducted in a safe, secure and healthy manner and in compliance with DT HSE and Corporate requirements.</p><p>Monitor implementation of HSE Legal requirements, regulatory bodies, national laws and regulations, and State of Qatar-ratified international conventions and protocols within Project activities.</p><p>Participate and provide support to carry out and maintain records of Project HSE risk register to ensure proper recording, monitoring and close-out of Project HSE Risks throughout project duration.</p><p>Participate in review of contractors' HSE documentation (HSE Plan, HSE Procedures and other HSE requirements) to ensure contractors are compliant with HSE requirements.</p><p>Participate in review of contractor's Safety Officers CV's and competence assessment test/ personal interview prior to mobilization of contractors HSE personnel at project site to ensure compliance with Corporate HSE Regulations for contractors.</p><p>Carry out incident investigation, reporting including implementation of close-out of preventive and corrective actions of incidents/accidents that occur within projects to ensure compliance with corporate procedure for Incident management.</p><p>Conduct site safety meetings and HSE awareness amongst project staff and Contractors.</p><p>Conducts safety audits on the project involving all parties to ensure compliance with safety policies and advise corrective actions and follow-up on the suggested actions to ensure proper implementation.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 12 years' experience in project or operational safety (onshore/offshore), or at offshore oil & gas, petrochemical projects, specifically experience in offshore/onshore fabrication yards, working at offshore platforms, barges and experience working at offshore construction and installation projects.</li><li>Thorough knowledge on various safety, health and environmental regulations, standards, procedures and environmental compliances during offshore construction/installation and in-depth knowledge and experience in HSE management system of the company, contractors/sub-contractors.</li><li>Excellent communication and competency in the use of PC including MS office and any other relevant software.</li><li>Experience in the Arabian Gulf is desirable.</li><li>HNC/B.Sc. or equivalent in engineering discipline. Safety course (NEBOSH or equivalent or higher (safety Diploma) and preferable associate member of recognized safety institution.</li><li>Offshore training TBOSIET & H2S (OPITO approved), PTW, JSA and incident investigation, ISO 45001 and lead auditor training is desirable.</li></ul>
