Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Retail & Corporate Banking Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive expertise in Temenos T24 Core Banking Transformation programs to support large-scale banking modernization initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the business lead for Retail & Corporate Banking operations, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and Temenos consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Should combine strong office management skills with a deep understanding of natural stone production processes, CAD drawing, project management, along with very good communication skills to manage the stakeholders. <li>Co-ordinate engineering designs, develop and review multi-disciplinary work-scopes for projects and other engineering activities. Ensure that the work-scope is comprehensive and clear.</li>
<li>Review and approve method statements developed by contracted organisations for scope compliance. Liaise with contracted organisations to resolve technical issues.</li>
<li>Develop, update and monitor schedules for in-house engineering activities, contribute to external FEED/EPIC scheduling activities and effective project delivery.</li>
