The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG sector and a proven track record of managing receivables and collections efficiently.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in accounts/credit collection, preferably within the FMCG industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of collection processes, aging reports, and reconciliation</li><li>Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills with distributors/clients</li><li>Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred; English is a plus</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)</li></ul><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Follow up on outstanding customer/distributor payments</li><li>Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Prepare aging reports and collection forecasts</li><li>Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely collections</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all collection activities</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
